so this is what is look like when your fighting the satsui no hadou inside...i guess this is what ryu goes through when fighting kage in his mind but he won the fight...ryu and kage is like Siegfried and Nightmare.

The streetfighters are definitely heldback. They never incorporate how strong these fighters are and should be in videogames unless someone like you comes along, who stays consistent with the canon history of streetfighter characters.

Bro by any chance do you have a Angel Element that has her size and animations fixed? I downloaded one in mugen archive but she was small, so I adjusted her size but her 6wings stayed the same height and her attack animations did too..
