The streetfighters are definitely heldback. They never incorporate how strong these fighters are and should be in videogames unless someone like you comes along, who stays consistent with the canon history of streetfighter characters.

Bro by any chance do you have a Angel Element that has her size and animations fixed? I downloaded one in mugen archive but she was small, so I adjusted her size but her 6wings stayed the same height and her attack animations did too..

Angel Ken should've been a real character and the rival to Evil ryu(the gouken to akuma) as a what if,Capcom never comes up with better ideas
