You can make the armour stands giant or miniscule, now. Therefore, make a group of the tallest hermits next to your small friend. Make them to scale with Doc the biggest possible and BOO the tiniest.

I would like to draw a comparison here I feel like we as audience when a new Joel video drops are more interested in watching the intro and it reminds when of watching Jimmy's stream to find out what excuse Grian comes up with for being late. But both videos and streams extremely entertaining but the intros and the excuses were just the cherry on the top

21:52, I haven't seen a water fall made in minecraft by you honestly (LDShadowlady made one it was GORGEOUS!!) I think a waterfall going down the hill and transitioning into a pond in the cherry blossom trees will look nice with your build style
You could do this for the XP shop: Have 2 options for the Hermits based on XP consumption. You can have the XP bottles just in Shulker Box form in the shop for a certain price. Then you can also have a “XP Subscription Service” where you will fill up the stations yourself (like you mentioned in the video). The Subscription would be at a higher price than the individual boxes but would be a weekly fee (or other time frame) that has to be paid to continue the service. Also amazing fountain, I’m sure that certain hermit will love it

Hey Joel. Love your work. Just wanted to remind you, you don't just have the honey permit. You also have the slime permit so you'll need to upgrade your honey shop to have a slime section. Maybe put it in the basement. Also it means you have to make a slime farm to stock your slime shop.

You can change armor trims! Just go through the same process again (trim + material + armor) and it will completely replace the former trim.
