Fox body, all day mate Dad had one when I was a kid, a red on red fastback that was his daily driver. Me and dad would go to the American car club every few weeks and during school holidays I'd go to work with my dad and we went in the mustang.... We called her Megan as the registration plate was C220 MGN
Joy and anger fills me seeing these guys take body panels apart and no broken parts, no blood, no swearing. What sorcery is behind this show for real though?
Fox for sure! It's all about the driving experience and the newer Mustangs are just too fat and heavy. There's a violence to a Fox that just can't be reproduced by a 4,000 car with 21" wheels...
another helpful tip for window tint after removing tint and you cant be bothered scrapping your windows use oven cleaner the spray on foam up stuff is best and use non-caustic saves razor blades arms and time. I use to do it with window cleaner and a razor blade but when i found out about over cleaner it changed my life.
Tommy -I worked doing electronics for Chemistry experiments at a University for about 4 years. Sometimes I got to play with solvents like freezing them down to make specific-temperature slush baths. One of my favorites was cyclohexane. Dissolves silicon rubber lickety-split. And it was very good at removing the glue from bathtub stickers and those old plastic frost shields they had for cars and trucks way up north or on the frozen prairies in Canada where she goes down to -50 degC sometimes. Maybe you ought to try some cyclohexane on the glue of your tinted glass. The stuff is extremely flammable so be careful. Another material that might be useful would be sudsy ammonia. Don't breathe the fumes too much. Or even Windex. Why not give them all a try (separately) in the interests of science.
The window trick is awesome I didn't knew it but I wanna add something. You can't scratch glass with a razor blade. The glass is usually a 6 in hardness while the blade usually is a 5 to 5.5. It won't scratch it. I learned that repairing phones. Keep up the good work!
Wow, you could fit that fox body inside the S550. I'll take the 81. Its raw, unrefined-- a much more visceral experience which is what I prefer. It will never be faster than the S550 on a road course but who cares. It's the fun factor that matters.
How about both ?! I’ve got a mildly modded 19GT/PP1 car with 10A for a daily driver and a 91GT with all the bolt ons and a T56 for weekend toy duty. A true win-win !
If you are going to modify it and drive it hard foxbody. If you buy a new car every 10 years the new mustang. Fox + lite simple cheap. Fox- needs mods to be modern fast and limited underhood space for an ohc .new stang+ modern fast with very little work. Reliably modern stang- weighs more than my 70 chevy c20 its a pig like most newer muscle cars. Ford computer systems are a pain in the gearhead ass. Very very expensive when a motor pops.
Not a big fan of Fox bodies. Remind me too much of Granadas and Fairmont. Anyway, my choice would be the S550GT. Firmly beleive that platform more capable of handling power and suspension upgrades.
Same basic suspension design, just longer wheel base. Same basic handling style. Just a little heavier. Not as much as most people think, I just know the S55GT is in a different class completely.
@@kmoss9521 nope... It's better lookin than both of them.. The fox body is just a Sierra and nearly killed the mustang... The new one is nice... But it's not as fun to drive as a 74. The 74 is like the original 64 and sold more than the original did. . Its suspension is better than both of those. Which is why most hot rodders use mustang II suspension...

which fender flares did you use on Sidewinder?
What is the color and code for the color on this mustang? I love it. I think my foxbody will get this color. Thanks in advance.
It would be nice if you posted them in order
Mustang Fox Body, reminds me of the 90s and it looks race ready.
They look like long wheelbase Escorts
It reminds me more of a civic.
Fox Body for me, I own an Australian company called The Aussie Fox Hole
Thats a tough question. I remember as a kid my mom having an 85 notchback, but I have an S550. I'll just take one of each.
Foxbody always has my love
Foxbody for Life!!
GT & Retro sylie , mine is a 1971 with a Cleveland 351 ❤
Fox body, all day mate

Between these two particular cars, I’d take the Foxbody. Four eye T-top. I’m in.
Love the old and new!! Body panels are slick.. I like those!!
The old Fox is still a harlot!! Steal my heart every time!!!
Foxbody with the coyote. Period. Best of both worlds.
Joy and anger fills me seeing these guys take body panels apart and no broken parts, no blood, no swearing. What sorcery is behind this show for real though?
Nothing better than a Foxbody. I’m on number 13 myself. 93 being my favorite
0:12 "bring back an old project to complete ..." Like project [Altered Ego]
Fox for sure! It's all about the driving experience and the newer Mustangs are just too fat and heavy. There's a violence to a Fox that just can't be reproduced by a 4,000 car with 21" wheels...
Definitly the fox. That thing is beautiful
Foxes all day, too easy to make them fast, easy to find any parts, and a very extensive aftermarket. All is figured out.

My favorite would be the one closest to the scrapyard crusher 😂
87 GT T-Tops with a Voodoo swap, IRS swap, and 93 Cobra body kit. That would be the ultimate Mustang.
I like your formula but I'd drop in a 427 Clevor instead. Pushrods-4-Life (said the Boomer)
Edit: Inboard suspension too
Fox for life!
69 fastie with a boss 9 or better yet a Kaase boss 9, the hell with those new mustangs

Fox body for sure
Foxbody all day.
1999 -2004 New Edge is the best body style. I'll take a 03 - 04 Cobra over any of the newer mustangs.
My man💪🏼👌🏼
New Edge but with an ITB 427 Clevor.
Foxbody with with a coyote swap game over
Fox Body
Foxbody is my favorite 👍
My buddies vert Foxbody runs 12s on a drag pack with only bolt ons and a gear. He’s adding head and cams next and a blower after.
Heat works for removing tint too.
That New GT could NEVER turn heads like my Fox...
The old red pin stripe tires looked way better
1993 triple black GT 5 speed would be my choice.
the s550 all day is what i'd take. that relic paintjob makes that fox body look like it needs a restoration.

Stock for stock... sure. But ive never heard of a stock fox, maybe 20 years ago. That boat will never keep up with a fox
Foxever!!!!..everything about Mustang... Mustang 4 ever
I'd take a factory Fox over a mod'd GT. That body. That damn body.... I miss square vehicles.
You're not the only one!
LoL.. lots of badges but probably didn't upgrade the half shafts to support the extra HP from the Edelbrock supercharger.
How about both ?! I’ve got a mildly modded 19GT/PP1 car with 10A for a daily driver and a 91GT with all the bolt ons and a T56 for weekend toy duty. A true win-win !
Thank you for not putting too-huge, cartoonish wheel sizes on the Charger.
Foxbody........!!!!!!!!!
S550
Foxbody......
...and....
S197 among them ....i pick the S197, it's way better lookin.
I wanted to see the fox body
Foxbody all day long!
Foxbody or classic mid-late 1960’s mustangs coupe/fastback
Fastback Ofcourse. No Comparison
Definitely the S550 Mustang for sure.
CJ Colvin sheeple
S197 FTW
What about a gt foxbody, you know they do exist right?
i luv them all from april 17, 1964 to 2020. mines an 08 s197 gt
Adding a body kit to make it more menacing while it's going sideways into a bunch of people
that shit is played out.. how old are you? like 14
@@shadowsfad3d im 14 1/2 lol
Fox body.
I have a spoiler for my Mustang but I’ve never heard of Spohlers.
Do you have a link to them?
The wheels are made of forged "aluminum". Never heard of it either.
Foxbody. First of all, they look better.
Fox body all the way. Built not bought. "Top Notch" is probably the best pro touring car ever built (and I'm more of a GM guy).
I prefer the fox body but both are cool

1:43 "the recipe is the same".... except for the "affordable" part 🤣
FOXBODY....
Fox body but you have to pick those pipes off of the ground.
thats Stalone cobra's 80's mustang
Fox
Foxbody I dislike the s550 they're fugly
Gt. Great show
lm002 lamo jeep. 180 mph in 4 wheel drive. or the maurader. 4 whhel drive and heavy as well.
Spoiler installs with double sided tape?
Fox forever!!!!!
Gt body kit paint matching was off.
They already sold this project at mecum auctions why are you reposting old projects? Finish that Buick
A the RUclips uploads are delayed to encourage you to watch the current videos on their site.
It's a TV show...
The only right answer is...S197
Should have just installed a 440 wedge Big Block. That HellCrate motor is so far from original, might as well gone all Electric instead,
Is this even a question? Fox all day long. The new ones try to be an Aston Martin or an Accord. Not mustang like any more.
No wrap on ceramic coating? Really?
I want one of these lol.
You can give me the mustang, I would gladly accept it on the behalf of power nation....
At 12:38 looks like you have a nail in tire..
too bad ford didn't spend the huge money making it sound good on performance who cares how it sounds i prefer a sleeper

I hate fake cars, if you want a gt550 or 350 buy one, just don't pretend. Gonna look real silly getting smoked by a tuned regular gt.
“Buy one” I guess you’re not the one. Not all off us have 100k sitting around to buy one and some of us have the pride to build it not buy it.
The fox body may look good but that's as far as it goes, the 2016 is better in every way, shape or form.
Its2020 and I wanna win that car
Neither one , I have a Chevelle Super Sport
Bukkake!!
Id take a 74 hardtop with a 351w over both of them
Mustang Boss 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
what are you high?

And it saved the mustang name when high gas prices nearly killed it. The II is the hero of the mustangs.
Never liked how the Foxbody looked. Too much like an Escort.
Leso Varen the later fox bodies are better
S550
Add me on hate list
Fux
I can’t understand why anyone likes the look of the Fox body Mustang? It’s fugly with or without a body kit.
They have a badass grunge vibe, they just feel angry man. Different strokes for different folks, I love my 87 GT.
The wrap is hideous! What self respecting man would have a red coat flag and a US flag together on a car? wtf Boo
Neither both are modern junk
I hate mustang Ford labeled them when they were first produced as a family car. Wtf was Ford thinking
Marketing... it was very difficult to sell the idea of a muscle car to the suits back then.
