Delicious Italian bruschetta that everyone will love - brunch ideas

Ingredients:
250 g. cherry tomatoes;
125 g. cream cheese;
2 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise;
2 slices of bread;
a few leaves of fresh basil;
3 tbsp. olive oil + additionally for spreading;
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar;
1 tsp. sea salt;
A pinch of garlic powder;
regularly salt.
Instructions:
Cut the tomatoes into circles. Put them in a tray with baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and garlic powder. Bake at 200C/397 F with a fan for 15 minutes. During this time, roast the slices in a pan, spreading them on both sides with olive oil. Make the spreading cream by mixing the cream cheese with mayonnaise and season with salt. Spread the toast, add some fresh basil leaves and finish with the roasted tomatoes.
