I love this POV style, cause sometime when you switch scene you just jump from a room to another so I kinda confuse with the layout of the house, this POV style can show exactly everything in the house, love it, great job 👏
Yes! POV is far better to actually see the flow of the house. I hate when people chop up videos focusing on decorations and one skewed room view at a time. Also hate all these Nancy's complaining about his hand. He could have used it a little less, but the hand was good when opening doors, turning things on, and pointing things out. Best house tour I've seen!
Not crazy about all the hand in there. The house is super cute & eclectic! I'd have a sink in the toilet room to wash hands before coming out so you don't have to touch stuff with dirty hands.

@@LeviKellyToursyou could have used your hand a little less, but not much. Your hand was great when opening doors, turning things on, and pointing things out! This POV video shows the flow of the house incredibly well! Best house tour I've seen, by far!! You are the man for house tours! Everyone else chops up their videos with interviews, skewed room views, and prolonged close ups of decorations. Those videos usually just leave me feeling claustrophobic and irritated, lol. Even your add was enjoyable, and got me wanting that bed. Bravo 👏
the POV filming might be ok for the occasional ‘in a pinch’ vid but not long term. it doesn’t have the same polish as your other stuff. good luck!

I love the house, and could honestly live there full time. The only thing I'd change would be the bedroom to a living room, making the couch fold out to the bed. They make very comfortable pull out beds now, usually made with memory foam.

the POV filming is a huge reduction in quality, in my opinion. Your videos are always so much better than that. It's not broken, don't fix it.

That sinks wins the weird award I thought the salad bowl sink was weird but this takes the cake..
Nice place! I am amazed at the amount of cool things that were incorperated in that space. A claw foot tub, a hot tub, 3 balconys and a sauna! For a tiny house they really packed in the fun.
Very nice tour. I do like the pov style but maybe you could mix it up a little. Maybe cut in a few shots with you in the shot to give a little interesting variety to the show! John m
I have enough space for a hot tub but they don't have a bathroom I love the decorations I love the exposed copper piping I love the stained glass I love the separated wall where you have the stained glass between it I f****** love the shower I just don't think that they utilize their space very well

the first person was ok, intermixed with the regular beauty footage, worked for this video, but could definitely tell the resolution drop. No harm in experimenting though, but definitely something to consider using sparingly, or as fitting certain properties...

Several unique design elements, however, the exposed copper pipe is my favorite. That "cupola" feature in the ceiling is a close 2nd. :)
Hey Levi! I truly love your videos, and the POV style is okay, but just to be honest, your hand was kind of awkward and distracting to me. I am also not a fan of this house at all. I can't get over all the open bathrooms you've seen lately! I'm really not a fan of those! Still love your channel, but wasn't a fan of much in this video besides your kind spirit, which I always enjoy!

Love the industrial meets cabin feel. That copper pipes give it character. Nice.. Should make a video for a small family of 4..awesome job.
I agree with other comments & really like the new filming style! You're able to show us more details as we're virtually following beside you, although a couple room scans were too quick & I felt a bit dizzy, only momentarily though. And this tiny cottage is wonderful in every way! Love all the amenities & under-balcony swing, exposed copper pipes, rustic vibe, and the views especially. I'd love to explore that nearby creek trail. Many thanks again👍
That pizza looks terrible!!!!!! The airbnb is nice!!!! Every detail u need for a comfy, romantic getaway. Imagine showering in the evening outside, bbqing dinner and jumping in the jacuzzi. Holy cow. A lot of conceptions in that jacuzzi
I love the toilet oh my God okay so they do have a toilet that's lovely I thought that was a closet I'm in love with that toilet I love the idea of of decorating the toilet making it look like pretty you know I've always wanted to do that like I said I love everything in this house I love the way that shower looks with the stained glass window I love the bathroom with stained glass window I love the exposed copper I love the oven I love the kitchen countertops I love everything that they did with it but I still feel like they didn't utilize their space what's with all the showers the bathtubs and the hot tub I mean there's a lot of focus on baths and showers and tubs and then decks like they have so many decks on this place I just feel like if this were somebody that wants to live in this place they could actually make it work and it would still be just as nice I think it's beautiful but I do think it's too there's they just have too much stuff going on and there's no living room space I mean I feel I get a problem with that I have a huge problem with a lack of a living room
Oh my Heavenly Stars!!! Would have to find a place to store clothes, and even had an idea where to put a closet without taking anything away....but I could live in this 24/7!!!! I loved this particular presentation also! And just to add...I am a bit older and remember copper LOL....I totally loved what they did with that! Just have to send love to you and your family with a big wish for a very Happy and Successful New Year!
Feedback: not necessarily mad about the POV, but it looks like you maybe used a GoPro or something? Maybe it would work better if you used your same high quality camera. Shots might not be as smooth, but at least the quality would match the b-roll shots. The disparity in quality between the b-roll (including the drone shots) and the handheld was a bit jarring (in my opinion). 😔

That's a poor design for a tiny house. Sure, you could get away with it because it's a rental but it's no good for living in. No sink in the bathroom!? Women need sinks in the washroom. It also means that inside door handle is disgusting because hands can't be washed before touching it. The stove is dangerously placed. Coming around that corner, someone could get burnt. That sink in the kitchen is useless. You can't wash dishes in it, and it eats up your counter space. But again, it's for overnight stays. Not a place to live where one could cook full meals. I like the overall design, giving it a treehouse appearance, but the layout is horrible for every-day living.
This cabin is so funky, not my favorite but some cool ideas for space-saving. 😅
I think POV will be good for shorts walkthrough as a complimentary to the detail video.
Never want to be negative but it's feedback, hey? Ditch the POV style, the hand was distracting and wasn't a fan of this house at all - OMG what a mess and that toilet location! What!!!?? We were shocked, I mean there's rustic and then there's that.
This was a fun design little house but I don't know about the opening top to the toilet. You don't want the smell to go into your bedroom. 😂🤦♂️
I like the basic layout, but nothing else. The kitchen sink… omg. Broken dishes, splashing… I would not be proud of that.

The POV video was OK, but the hand waving in front of the camera was distracting. I like your old style better, but realize this is likely much easier to create and get out.
My hubs and i are big fans of your channel. But, i will say, i couldn't watch the ehole thing with the hand floating in there. Your regular filming style is so good. Dont feel obligated to change things! Stick with goid!

Fhe pipes being in side to. Keeps them from freezing during the polar vortexes we get during the winter.

Come winter ski season, that metal spiral staircase, covered in ice and snow, will be dangerous as all get out.
Awesome place! I like the POV style but just be conscious of how much your hand is in the frame lol you don't want to overdo it. 😛
This place has so much potential but I'm not a fan of a lot of the choices on the Inside. The balcony is the best part.
Not a fan of the new format and seeing your hand point to everything. Go back to what you did in the past.

I absolutely Love this beautiful, quirky place ❤ Love the stained glass windows and light fittings and the unusual loo ❤ However I am really Not a fan of the filming style, sorry Levi 😔 I find it harder to view as it's bumpy and jerky and it detracts from the actual beauty of the place, it even did the crafted pottery a disservice. I don't know what the style you normally film is called but that is so much better. It's smooth on the eye therefore you take in more detail and not headachy as pov style here is. Your normal style is a highly professional finish in comparison and really reflects the quality of your videos and the work that you put into them, not to mention too the work that each property owner has put into creating their amazing places as well. Personally I loved this place, but not its video 😔

The POV style is nice but I think you're trying too hard to keep your hand in the frame at all times which is a little weird
Not a fan of POV. Feels erratic and kind of made me sick.
I agree with both sides of the argument on the POV footage. I think it’s nice to see how the rooms connect to one another and have some continuity. BUT seeing you move around and point at things makes it feel like a zoom call.
My 2-cents:
- Go back to mostly voiceover with cuts to you talking in front of the airbnb like ppl are used to.
- Do nice steady shots entering the air bnb
- Use b-roll of the first room
- Nice steady footage of moving from where you were to the next space
- Rinse and repeat. Just my attempts to help with brainstorming ideas

I would love to just live in that place. ITs gorgeous. Private, very warm. Just needs a tv dish network internet, hot cocoa, for the snowy days. Perfect place for private holiday by yourself or with the significant other. It really is super romantic.
Levi knows nothing about 'mate' (mah-teh) & cold pizza. Just imagine him priming his 'mate' wherever he has a nice place to sightsee. 'Mate' is a beverage made to be shared with your mates as well!
