You Rock! I have been listening to your advice for years and at almost 65 years of age it has really helped my appearance. I do your exercises almost every day. I am sure it has taken at least 10 years off my face and maybe more. Thank you so much for the advice and no more saggy jowls and neck, no more wrinkled forehead...Yay!
