Boom Arm Basics, everything you need to know.

In today’s episode of PhotoKitchen, we jump to the studio and talk about how to properly boom lights on photo or video sets.
From the simple boom possibilities of a c-stand, with a grip head and grip arm, to the more advanced, and heavier, combo stands with junior booms, this video covers it all.
It does need to be stress that this is not a safety/setup video, but rather an overview of what is possible, what should be done, and more importantly, avoided, when using booms on set or on location.
Please make sure to consult your products manual, manufactures notes on weight limitations, and proper steps with particular gear.
