I love this trend and all the 90s trends that are coming back to fashion!
This couldn't be easier to do! I took an old pair of jean shorts, a paint brush, and some bleach and simple painted on the flowers. It will take a few coats to get that really 'white' look.
TIP
If you want your flowers to look perfect and all the same, I would suggest drawing them on with chalk first (it will really help--and I wish I had done that!)

Hi! Love your video! I would also suggest that you put something like a piece of cardboard,wax paper, some Teflon or a silicone mat in between your shorts layers. but these are super cute! I use stencils of any kind as well
