If you cloned your HDD to SSD. The full system will be transferred. But I don't recommend. Do a fresh install of windows 10 on your new SSD. Then install Microsoft office apps if you need it.

the laptop only support sata ssd NOT nvme ssd, but m.2 physical interface form factor. for info, there are two kinds of m.2 ssd, pls dont get confused. SATA m.2 ssd, and NVME m.2 ssd.

@@fbloorg6140 Kingston has the shittiest SSD, even if it has DRAM its still a sucky incompetent, inconsistent piece of crap product. You should listen to your technician and get WD, wd may a bit pricy but they a the best bang for the buck, you could also go crucial, but if you want the best then Samsung Evo860 till the latest.

you cannot upgrade the CPU in laptop as its already soldered. Ram pwede if you still have available slots.

the drivers, i usually use windows update. it should automatically download it. make sure to check the optional drivers you need to download

any m.2 ssd that is SATA based.. dont be mistaken on nvme m.2.. this laptop do not support nvme m.2

You have the same opinion with my Technician at ASUS too. He recommended the WD m.2 rather than the Kingston a400.
