Theres no irony, cancel culture deals with political views, racial views, etc. Joe got pissed cuz someone was making it big, fortune and fame off of the jokes of other comedians and not giving those comedians credit for the jokes that where STOLEN regardless of who the jokes where taken from. Joe seen Bobby Lee was friends with Carlos, and knowing Bobby and how Bobby wouldnt confront ANYONE let alone his own friend for stealing his jokes, joe stood up for him and carlos lying about it after having proof, got pissed. This was basically a bully that has a friend that he takes what he wants from the friend, knowing the friend is smaller and wont fight back and a bigger guy standing up to that bully on behalf of the friend. That said, I loved the Dave Chappelle show when Carlos hosted it too lol
