He also had some animosity towards Dan and it seems that he was a bit jealous of his and Ryan's friendship and how quickly the rest of the group took to him in general.
Every time they discuss fruit, I'm reminded how little I eat fruit. The last fruit I purchased for myself was probably apples, and that was easily 5 or 6 months ago. If previously prepared, I have been known to eat half of one of those big watermelons in a sitting. I also like most berries, but they're like $6 for an 8 ounce container when they're *in* season. Honestly, most fruit is so expensive, I'd rather just use that money to buy several times more the amount of vegetables. Love me some celery or broccoli or brussels sprouts.
I gotta give my favorite fruit to Raspberries. They're like the ultimate fruit. 10/10 taste, and you can just pop them in your mouth with no prep except washing.
I love raspberries, however what ruins them for me are the seeds. They get stuck in my molars and then proceed to try and get them out. Blueberries on the other hand.
@@Rrodr022 blueberries are a bit too random for me, the size and shape can give you a guess as to what ratio of sweet:sour:tart you’re getting, but only a guess. on this 3-roomed ship though, maybe having an rng fruit like blueberries might make the experience a bit less boring, though

You might have, but I can't say for certain. All I know is that I had the exact same line of though regarding blueberries, that every single one I had was just a small ball of mush. But I moved, happened to try some, and was completely blown away by the flavor

Marketing can push anything it wants; milk being the only thing that kids should drink, cigarettes being cool, etc. It doesn't seem like fair to judge plums be what marketing decide them to be.
If you look at it from a general level, not just which you like the most in a fruit salad, Nick is really on the money You need lemon or lime. Its used in so much cooking and a variety of different drinks You need a sweet one as a second. Mango is probably the best choice, since it can go on breakfast, can go on a salad, can be made into a chutney and of course is blended into drinks (you could probably tag in an apple here, or maybe a pear at a stretch, since both have savory, salad, sweet and drink based needs) Finally you go avocado, because it's a core ingredient of so many foods. There's not a single fruit that you need that isn't already on that list, or isn't accomplished between lemon/lime, mango and avocado

I think it’s more of a fresh vs refrigerated thing. My experience with watermelon is the same as yours, and I live in North America.
