I will always consider Badr Hari as the GOAT of Kickboxing just like how I consider Jon Jones to be the GOAT of Mma. Both of them have a bad reputation outside the sport and can be considered borderline evil but there's no denying the fact that what they've achieved in the sport transcends all. Their stellar records speak for themselves to be etched in the legendary memoirs of their own historic sports.
Comparing Badr Hari to Jon Jones, lmao. One is a UFC legend, the other... never won a K1 GP, botched two of his most important fights and got disqualified, has a padded record counting amateur bouts to make himself look better and everybody that doesn't bother checking falls for it, has never beaten Bonjasky, or Verhoeven. Not GOAT material, sorry.
@@Rolls7 who TF compared them? Maybe u don't know how to read, all I said they're the best at their own sport whether it's mma or kickboxing. A lot of people take "sudden hit knockout" as pure knock out. In these terms, everyone can suddenly hit anyone and K.O them. But a knock out coming from stalking the opponent is a real true knock out.
I respect Badr as a fighter but someone who has criminal charges against him outside the ring is a piece of shit and deserves to be locked away no matter how good of an athlete he is.

I’ll take nothing away from him as a fighter, but it was wonderful seeing him get KO’d. Nobody likes a big
mouth.
I'm with you, but a lot of people do like it, just look how many fans a Conor McGregor has...
@@macka534 Badr has fans all over, mostly Moroccans that call every loss of Badr a fixed match
@@deeznutz8320 no we dont lol all of the moroccans are angry at badr for losing his fights
Conor McGregor says otherwise
"Badr" being autocorrected by the subtitles to "badass" is maybe the most apt thing ive yet to see
Greatest ever !
But since his anger is gone hes not THE badr anymore
I'm pausing this after the first thirty seconds and intend to listen no more. This man is a fighter, not a warrior, and doesn't deserve any attention. Why should we celebrate his prowess and thus condone by complicit silence the diminished soul that resides within his body?
everyone can learn from this story.
No conscious. No soul.
BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SCARIEST AND LEAST DISCILPINED
Great storytelling. Love it. Thank you!
thank you bro
I love the way he pivots on every punch
WHAT A KICK!!!
He better learn to control that anger out of the ring though. He may meet the toughest opponet one day on the street; A GUN!

I'd like to believe badr has calmed down but I just dont see it. Even before his fights with rico he was all mouth and sour about the losses afterwards
that sounds like calmed down :)
@@LawrenceKenshin true...to an extent. He is very difficult to root for
@@abrownone441 i used to think so too, but seeing a starting shift
@@abrownone441 Badr was up in both fights. I think I would be sour. Badr is a Marmite character you either love him or hate him. I for one love to see him fight. I go as far as to say he’s the most talented heavyweight I’ve seen. I’m 52 and seen a lot of them.
@@marcelboogaard3809 I agree to the extent hes exciting to watch. I just cant be bothered with him as a person. He makes it really difficult to get behind him
I feel played because I've never heard of this guy.
I have mixed feelings towards Badr. On one side I saw all his fights, I followed his carreer, but I was never his fan. I always cheered against him. I didnt think person like him deserves to be fighting legend.
But on other side, now when he is trying his comeback, I feel bad he is loosing the fights in this shitty unfortunete maner. I started to cheer for him now, and I would love him to get Glory title and to finish career with big belt.
He hasn’t got rage, he’s just Moroccan
He is hatred in person and the perfect example that time always wins. In the last fights we really saw that his body cant do that what his head wants it to do
I fought him back in 2009 and I can confirm he's a savage
Fuck i bet that's a pretty cool story you can tell at the bar lol do you know if there is any footage of you fighting him?
who are you :)
@@LawrenceKenshin My question too…
You are a fucking legend for getting into a ring with that monster!
I fought him 2012 and he was no match really. He lacks discipline.
rage and ego is never good as a fighter. If he had been more calm, he would have been ever better
Nothing special about a fighter wanting to kill an opponent that is fighting predictable so theirs no need to go all out on them also punch them why they are already down, he's more like the most disrespectful fighter ever and shouldn't even be classed as a professional. No other "professional" fighter comes close to Mike Tyson as the scariest fighter ever.
This dude is the perfect example of the type of fighter you'll get with the combination of high fighting skills and very low intelligence.
High fighting skills doesn't come with low intelligence, its comes with high intelligence

Nobody mentions Alexey Ignashov in terms of Legends.
I do sometimes
@@LawrenceKenshin Your videos are amazing! I'm sure you already knew Ignashov was one of the greats!
So you've to win against Remy bonjasky and verhoeven to become a GOAT? Well thank God they didn't put u in charge to decide who's great or not.
Padded records Bruhh.. if it hurts u that much u can remove his 35 fights, the rest are fought in k1 and glory.
@@Aamirmhmd99 It doesn't hurt me, but it hurts Hari's credibility. Of course you have to beat ALL the greats to be considered the GOAT. Something that Jon Jones has done. You know what GOAT stands for, right? It's fine if Badr Hari is your personal favorite or whatever, but don't bring it up as some kind of undisputable fact.
@@Aamirmhmd99 Btw, just counted all of his fights. His actual professional record is 46 - 17. Not nearly as impressive as he makes it sound and for sure not goat material. Why would anyone make up 60 extra wins? Super insecure. Even the announcers fall for it with the "100 something professional fights on record". Bullshit.
@@Rolls7 ok now go back and count your "goat" Remy bonjasky's record. Tell me if it's a huge difference. His losses are 2x of hari's.

Badr Hari has 12 KO losses and lost twice to Rico Verhoeven, so not unbeatable.
Rico the princess of kickboxing ain’t nothing compared to Badr in his prime and everyone knows it badr will go down in the history books as the most spectacular and one of the best kickboxers ever

Self-control is the greatest strength!

Why would you respect him as a fighter? He tried to take Bonjaski's head off while he was on the ground during a fight. The man's the most dangerous combination, an aggressive loser with skills.
so if you commit a crime, you deserve to be locked up forever?
