Got to see Tim's wizardry up close and personal back in the late 70's and early 80's in the clubs in Albuquerque. He was a serious badass.
Tim showing why he's a first call guy.
tiny b mate, you are so right. there was a lot of flash up & down the frets, but Tim seems to have such a smooth style. But they were all great players
Joe is just a freaking badass
Norman this never gets old... Thank you, you are all truly blessed!
WOW, These GUYS are GREAT. I've been playing for over 50 years and EVERY time I watch Joe, I learn something new. Norman, YOU are a one LUCKY Man to have these Guys.
Mr.Pierce is one of my all time favorite players.Always smiling.Maybe before I die I'll get to Norms....
tim pierce must be such a good guy to jam with man...
ah it's been a while since the great Joe B's been on the couch 🎸🎸🎸
fresh off European leg, back in the US
see you Friday nite, Atlantic City NJ whoo hoo!☺️
Freakin MASTER CLASS....I didn't want it end!👍👍👍👍👍
How did I miss this one , wonderful , and great guitar playing, fantastic 🐸👍🇫🇷🇮🇪
Joe B is such a cool dude! Talked to him a couple of years ago when he was playing in Odense in Denmark... Super nice fellow! :)
Norm, you are to be commended for making this happen. Even for these pro guitarists, it's the kid-in-a-candy-store chill environment you have created that makes watching (and doing, I'm guessing) these high level jams SO DAMN FUN...
Simply fantastic. Enjoyed this very much. Three wonderful players doing some off-the-cuff jamming. Each brings his own voice into the mix and lights the room. Thanks!
This is the reason why i love Normans rare guitars so much 🤘🎸⚡️😎💥
Great video here, love seeing these guys jamming together, and hearing their stories, hope they do it again 👍
Wow them 3 together just WOW Cheers Norm.
Have ALWAYS loved this clip . . .one of my top 5 from Norm's! Never wrote a comment . . .didn't have anything to add that hadn't already been said! Anyway . . .just so . . .perfect!
Joe is out of this world and without dimunish anyone .... thanks guys!!!!!!! Hi Jen :-)
What an awesome show of talent in the raw! Loved it!
jam with Tim Pierce at your peril! he's such a wonderful player :) Joe and Jason are great too, but Tim steals the show for me every time
Moltisanti Tim was playing great, the other 2 were trying too hard and playing too many notes for me
Agreed. He's got a great sense of melody and form. His playing tells a story.
Tim is awesome. Joe knows he can't blow him away with fast licks like he does with Alot of other guitarist's.
Tim has been my fav as well
To me Joe stole it this time
Tim have a tendency to play a little too many of the same licks and a little to safe at times
Tim Pierce - the very unknown guitarist that EVERYONE on this Planet has heard play.
Even if they don't even know it.
NOT kidding. He's been on over 1000 Records - TV - Commercials etc . .
@Kevin Jones Tim Pierce played that mandolin thing in Goo Goo dolls' Iris, he played the second guitar in Dont Dream it's Over by Crowded House. He also had a small guitar part in Michael Jackson's Black or White (not the main guitar though). He also played guitar on Meat Loaf songs such as I'd Do Anything For Love.
He also played on pop records by Miley Cyrus, Jason Mraz, Céline Dion, etc but I'm not sure on which songs...
OHHHHHHH YEEEAAAAHHHHH.

3 absolutely world class guitarists
I'm just happy to be on the interwebz to witness this goodness
Jason, Livestream Jerry Garcia tribute was top notch 👍🏼🎸
Man that was Awesome!!! TY!
I am watching this on my tv 20 000 miles from LA, on a warm evening in a silent place except for a breeze like beach waves in the eucalypt trees, hearing about Cuba and its fading art deco slumber and listening to 3 guys jamming beautifully. I will never buy a guitar from Norm but hes not in it just for the money despite what he says.
would be awesome if they made an album with this guitar trio
That would be so cool if all three of them would make an album together!!
Well done ! So many "toys" in there... so little time :) What a treat to see you all !!!
So cool guys ... love all you guys

God, sweet, sweet interview. I like Norman’s interviews, they’re respectful, relaxing and informative. Jason Sinay“Dirty Knobs” wish him the very best, great rock band.Joe Bonamassa,,”Bloodlines “, very cool lineup. Waylon’s son, Allman brothers son and Miles Davis son, wow.Tim Pierce“Beau Coup” love it. I thought the guitar playing was excellent , nice guys and very awesome with very fast fingers.🙄. The “Encino Trio” very California. Thank you for sharing. Good luck to everyone. May the good spirits be with you always!✌️
Thoroughly enjoyable... permasmile on my face
Just amazing wish I could play like anyone of them
Whoa, what a treat. Thanks.
Cool! Really like this acoustic stuff. Would like to hear you do more of it. Hope things go well for you all.
Always that phone ringing. Start to come loving it.
Hello to The GRRRRREAT Joe Bonamassa &Tim & Jason & The GRRRRREAT NORM! SOUNDS GRRRRREAT! Looking forward to the Cuba project and BCC & EVERYTHING!!!!!
HELLO 😙
Wow! Absolutely awesome!
Great stuff! Much thanks to Norms Rare Guitars for sharing!
If those three were on a stage together you'd have to pay a fortune to watch them. Nice. Even better to see them screw up like I do 😀
The only person I've seen jam with Tim and actually leave him openmouthed was Mateus Asato. Check that video out. It's worth it.
mateus' phrasing and technique is out of this world!
fantastic picking and improvising !!
Holy crap - late to the party again but hell - pleased I arrived. Awesome.
wow 3 of my fav players and one of my fav guitar salemen
that was wonderful! good wholesome fun!
My gosh, I need three lives to play like them.......
Three incredible local guitarists I truly admire, and they all seem like really nice guys who are generous with their time and knowledge. More of this and less of Frank Stallone.
Hahahah too right !
Great show Norm! Outstanding entertainment! Waiting for the CD to come out! Nice break from Frank Stallone.......
6:38
great blues session🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Tim Pierce is simply a great player.... melodies for days... it's so fun to listen ti his playing.... JB definitely has crushing chops, but you can just sense that Tim is really listening to what he is playing.... Chops Vs. Musicality....
OH Dad-Gum !!!! I think I can now rest easy ... My ears have now been blessed for LIFE!!! Thanks for giving me this great gift of y'all's music ... Thanks to Norm for putting it together .... (Did Mark Agnesi say it was ok to sit on his couch?)
That white guard on a 400C sunburst is a SHOW STOPPER! ! !!!
Tasty Tim knocked it out of the park, the other two weren't too shabby either.
Thanks a lot for this Video 😍👍🏼 could spend weeks with those guys jamming and talking 🙈🙈😍 Greetings from Germany, Marco 😊🎶🎸Keep on rocking 🎶😊
In a word - incredible!
Now there's a couch full of talent ! Better hurry back to do part 2 Joe, before the madman at the Avenue closes the travel there down.
this is why the Guitar was invented man i've seen Joe twice in Falmouth England he just gets better and better all the guys were great what a jam
Always associated super 400s with jazz. Cool to see guys playing blues on them
Enjoyed this 😎👍❤
Wow! what an epic jam......
I really dig that Epiphone.
I can pay just as good easily
3 of the nicest and most humble guys around town. It makes me sad to see people who see themselves as musicians and fans of music on here in the comments treating this like it's a competition, or whining that they "can't feel the blues" when they listen to any of them. If you don't dig it then that's fine, we all have preferences, but these guys have devoted their lives to mastering the instrument and if you don't think that demonstrates having a genuine passion for music then you're the one that just doesn't get it. I love watching respected professionals play together and bounce ideas off each other. Makes me want to go and jam with someone right now haha!
Well said, my friend!
3 of the greatest guitar players... ever!!!
Pickin' & Grinnin'
Joe is the man!!!!!!!😜😵
Tim Pierce all day!
Tim is obviously way more feel and heart than the other guys
It's funny seeing Tim sitting there so quiet and unassuming. He could be the delivery guy, yet he is arguably the most recorded and most accomplished session guitarist ever. What a trio.
I love Tim Pierce's playing so much... Going to Norm's guitars ( which is on my bucket list ) and accidentaly run into Tim is one of those dreams... Oh well.. I'm only 16 so plenty of time
He's probably pushing 60 though...
That was so good! cheers
Now that is kitchin' pickin'; boot scootin' ...fun! Good fun!
Well done guys!!!
I REALLY like Bonamassa's Comment, when they stop.......Hilarious, and ......found him humble and cool....Joey....remember when you were a kid, you and your Dad would stop by "Phil's Guitars" shop, either Seattle, or later, South SF and play my old guitars? Shop is long gone, after 35 years. Like Zavarella's, It went away....but DAMN those were interesting days...
Dang Tim adds in those sweet notes...man alive that cat has chops.
But no dress sense
SWEET loved it
Awesome!
This was heaven.
Right on,free concert
3 All Stars right there
epic. ty
you are the best norm 👍🏻
I bet those old arch tops are beautiful to play
Awesome!!
wow great vid!
just as good here in 2021
The slow blues stuff, kinda loved it. Good idea Timbo.
They should tour
Fun day.. thanks
It's great watching them. Literally all three had such different styles of playing and all great which makes watching more enticing. I wish Joe would slow down sometimes - he's great but it's all just fastfastfast all the time.
Pretty cool stuff....👍👍
Legends !!!
