I use Martha’s buttermilk cornmeal, 400• or 425• for like 30-40 mins (start checking at like 20 mins) because you don’t want dressing to overcook and dry out…..I also would add onions to the bell pepper and celery broth mix but my spouse doesn’t eat onions😊

Looks good you didn't add eggs just soup and broth , have you ever used white bread as mix ?
I have never used white bread and I use to use eggs but overtime I didn’t see a difference in the Dressing with eggs so I stop using them.
I can’t do that cream of anything soup.
What do you use? I don’t like the cream of mushroom because it makes the dressing dry and stiff to me
Some use cream of celery instead of chopped celery .
