I think your review is very much on point. Got the Panda Mini from a liquidator super cheap... the keys and pads are Meh... but after editing the velocity curves with it's software the keys got better. I think there are better options from WORLDE even... but not in it's price range. The size is it's nicest feature aside from it's affordability. It definitely doesn't feel as nice as an Arturia KeyStep and lacks the I/O options of a more pro device. If you need a small USB only MIDI controller it's not trash.
Thanks for doing a review on this device; I've had this and a couple of other WORLDE products for a few years now and I actually enjoy them for studio preformances. Considering the overall pricepoint, versus the quality they're worth it to me...
An artist I am recording (rap) came over the other day to do vocals and presented me with one of these as a gift. I haven't messed with it yet, but I dig the size and weight. Great backpack addition and I like the idea that if something happens to it,I'm not out a few $100's to replace.
There are no complaints for me it’s just a user in my opinion the only thing I have about the machine is that there is no slider to move the tune of the piano
I don't know if this content creator may get back to you soon or not, but I did review the link under the video and saw there's some type of software editor. Are you just getting starting with music production?
I bought the 49 key version. I'm having trouble with setting up sustain functions on logic pro x. as well as mapping the pads and buttons to specific keys. My manual is also in chinese so...
Did you manage to get it working? Someone is offering me one of the mini in exchange for something, I would use it with Logic Pro so reading that it might not work concerns me.
buenas, te consulto, las teclas, CC MODE, MOD, BANK, PROG para que sirven? estoy buscando por todos lados y me esta costando encontrar su función. saludos
I miss those days when you buy a gadget it already comes with a software disc and don't have to sign up to download the software. Which is a pain in the ass.
agree how much of a pain; you need a software as a precursor to other software. If i can't find anyone to p.o.box/mail this to for free then I'll just return this while getting a better one.
Yes. I use this on ubuntu studio and arch. If u need the "editor", install virtual box, install windows 10 legal, and configure it. Coz it's saved on keyboard hardware you can then use it on any OS. I really don't use the editor. You can do ALL that via software on Linux. You are Linuxer and real musicMaker, so, you don't need that newbie stuff(editor). Cheers
Yes! I have been doing many videos for my course, so that's why I have been away. Now, I'm going to take a short break and I'll be back with more DIY video close to May.
Hello, I just got this MIDI controller. How did you change the RGB backlight of the pads? I tried changing it using the Worlde Panda Mini software, but it doesn't work.
Similar case to guitar pedals from Behringer: fairly decent and just enough to get the ideas flowing with great sounds, but the overall construction might be a downside for touring musicians, since it needs to be sturdy enough to handle all the travels.
Between this and Midiplus Akm320, which one better? I'm a bassist but looking something to experiment with but I'm on a tight budget. Might just want it for home use but might use it for live (when the pandemic is over). Thank you
I recently just got one but I can’t download the software and I’m on PC. It just downloads a weird file that is not an application. Also the customer support page doesn’t work so I can’t do anything. Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this?
eu ia nesse akai , estava procurando um controlador que eu pudesse levar na mochila.... mas optei por comprar um controlador da Icon Ikeyboard 4 mini... ele e mais pesadinho por ter seu gabinete de metal e tem 37 teclas
Yes, you can. All you need is a soundboard (I am using a Focusrite 4i4) and then you have to set it up in your favorite DAW (I am using it on Ableton Live Lite and FL Studio).
Arrived thursday, and it is much fun... Thnks for the video that inspired me to buy this keyboard and leave the open source-wath for the next months buying... Will try to create a tutorial how to do a studio in Linux with almost free software, have not found the perfect sequencer till now...
i bought this a few years ago and hook it to my FL studio ... it actually not bad .. it works for my bedroom production ..thanks for the review ..

Finalmente um review dessa controladora!

I bought one just to mess around with because it was cheap enough for an entry level instrument
im looking to get one as a beginner, how was your experience?
@@iamundefinedv horrible for me, the first touch stay pushed after release, and the velocity is bad
Atleast you got yours working I can’t even get mine to work, Such a pain setting it up it ain’t worth the hassle
Got mine for 20 dollars at a overstock store. Thanks for the review! I think it’ll work fine for use with Ableton in my home studio
How do you get it to work with ableton?
Thanks for doing a review on this device; I've had this and a couple of other WORLDE products for a few years now and I actually enjoy them for studio preformances. Considering the overall pricepoint, versus the quality they're worth it to me...
Yeah, I totally agree. The totally do the job for a pretty decent price.
An artist I am recording (rap) came over the other day to do vocals and presented me with one of these as a gift. I haven't messed with it yet, but I dig the size and weight. Great backpack addition and I like the idea that if something happens to it,I'm not out a few $100's to replace.

I don't know if this content creator may get back to you soon or not, but I did review the link under the video and saw there's some type of software editor. Are you just getting starting with music production?

Hey I’ll have to agree with you there
I bought the 49 key version. I'm having trouble with setting up sustain functions on logic pro x. as well as mapping the pads and buttons to specific keys. My manual is also in chinese so...

What application did you use in ur pc
I'm thinking of buying one of these keyboards
Does it come with software? What software would you use?
I feel like you can mod those octave and pitch bend to a foot pedal or something if you get nerdy enough
I miss those days when you buy a gadget it already comes with a software disc and don't have to sign up to download the software. Which is a pain in the ass.

Thank you for this video, really helps beginners. Can it be used with windows 11 laptop?
Thanks for the informative review
Have you some infos if this keyboard can be used on linux systems? Thanks much for this nice review, looks interesting for me... :)
It's MIDI class compliant, so yes. But you won't b able to use the editor, which I think it's not necessary.
Yes. I use this on ubuntu studio and arch.

I think you narrowed it down to Nektar and Novation for me
I guess the Nektar is my fave.
what do you use to make the keyboard up on the laptop
Can I use this with my Android Samsung Galaxy A11?
For India this costs 138 rupees whereas an maudio oxygen 46 say costs around 18000. I am going to buy this atleast for a try.
What is the name of the app to play It ?
So it doesn't work without laptop?
Before I buy this will I need an audio interface to plug this in to make it work with abelton

Although Amazon has a wide variety of really good midis 49 bucks and under
They all seem to have bad reviews though, so i'm discouraged. I don't know what to buy for my beginners music production career. 😢
