An alternative would be to record the audio onto another device such as your mobile. Pause the recording when the commercial kicks in and continue to record when it ends, or edit out the commercial. You then have an uninterrupted 30 minutes guided Metta meditation. 😁❤️🙏
Thank you for this metta meditation. It feels very heartfelt and intimate. It may be my phone but the volume seems to go up and down a lot and can be hard to hear at times. When I put the volume up it can sound a bit too loud. Just feedback.
