STAY OUT just made me ANGRY

- There's a lot of STALKER MMORPG style games out there, most of them are absolutely terrible (trust me I tried), but STAY OUT looks like there might be some potential, some hope of a decent multiplayer stalker experience, who knows... so after having it sitting in my steam Wishlist for ages, I finally decided to give it a try...
Apparently I swear too much in this video, had to censor some of it and re-upload. Sorry big daddy RUclips 🤡.
I would be swearing too playing this game
Love the censorship croissant 🥐 it should stay haha. Vive le France
RUclips really went and age restricted a private clip of me playing PUBG with friends with 4 views, also for swearing. Whatever AI tools they are using are out of whack
apparently you didnt take the hint by the games title (its a joke but guh)
@@TabiTheCat We have an edge lord over here guys. Watch out.
Been playing for a little over 3 weeks so far and gotten a fair bit into the game, i actually enjoy this quite abit surprisingly.
One of the biggest problem this game have is the confusing quest description, both in russian and english ( i try both out since i learned both languages). It very challenging and trying to escape the first zone drive alot of people away. Once you made it out of Lesnaya the game flow abit better.
One thing i notice is that compare to other MMO with PVP, the community of stalker online/stay out is rather nice, they wouldn't mind helping new player out, give us free gear if we need it and spend hour showing us every little bit of the game. Of course the usual griefer still exist but i think the welcoming community is the main reason i still enjoy this game.
There is a RP server on DayZ called Stalker2013... probably the best MP stalker experience I ever had (Anomalies, Radiation, Artefacts and factions)
There is also another one called StalkerZ that I would advise to stay away from.
Ohh good to know, havn't played DayZ in ages, might be the opportunity to get back into it!
did stalkerz changed for the best or worse?
@@midrovar5811 worst, trust me here
@@midrovar5811From the way it they put it, it seems for the worse
I haven't played DayZ since december 2017 according to steam, and this single comment made me start downloading it. Cheers
I've said it before and I'll say it again, it makes no sense that these devs haven't made the definitive stalker 'mmo' with this game. They're perfectly fine with just milking the small playerbase they have of any money they can as opposed to making a good game that would capture the attention of ALL the stalker fans. its for sure 10/10 pay to win and as shown in this video, they expect an ungodly amount of time and effort to complete even the simplest and most unrewarding tasks. to reach 'end game' content without abusing the cash shop is something that will require hours of uninteresting gameplay. theres mechanics that exist in the game here and there that just make perfect sense and should work extremely well but always held back by the most frustrating things.
I suspect pay to win. Because everything in the mall can be bought on the auction board, and everyone ends up with almost the same equipment 6B11 OR 6B13 AK107 VSS M16A4. This game's PVP values personal skills and player numbers.
This is a pretty big waste of potential, the graphics look very good, the animations are very decent but the devs just made it a money farm.
Are you for real? Graphics looks like they are from 2007, animations looks like they are from HL1 era. I played this game back in 2013 when it was called stalker online, it was renamed a bizzilion times, grant it, game got better but it's still trash, at the time there were rumors that main inverstor is a well known scammer and people thought this was a money laundry scheme. Here's how it looked like in 2012

700+ hours invested. Best game I have ever played in my life. Lots of bugs. Broken quests. It’s the only game in the world that challenges me.

Stay Out is one of those games where they boast about having a player protection zone, PvE zones where no one can harm other players, yet the high leveled players will wait inside the small cramped tunnels that new players need to travel through in order to complete their quest, yet in these same tunnels. PvE protection is removed & high leveled players have so much fun griefing for no particular reason
no its all pvp all the time except in the towns, no PVE areas
yeah, if you're westerner it was unplayable 3 years ago, after ukraine crisis i don't believe it got any better xD
Try to speak with this player 90% gonna make you pass, i have 1 k hours in this game. So you need train sosial skills in here it is very important.
@@stayouttv1 Social skills doesn't make much of a difference at all when the high level players who are griefing won't reply back at all.
I don't know what server you were even playing but if it's the steam US servers, high level players don't even notice the smaller ones, let alone shoot them, there is also a lot of systems to prevent said scenarios a you said, such as as a karma system, where after killing a low level player two times, your name goes red and if the victim pays a meager 10 k ruble, they become hunted by player bounty hunters, and if you manage to kill these players and they respawn inside a base with npc guards and they kill him, the playwr will automatically go to prison, in prison, you need to do repeatable activities such a moving rocks around to drop the karma you have until it's lower enough to not be red name anymore, it's tedious and takes time and a griefer can be easily baited by the victim into killing him multiple times until the karma is way too big to clear fast by killing mobs and the time spent in prison is too much to bother with it...killing rookies who aren't enemies two times is already up to 10 minutes of work in prison if you get caught and didn't drop the karma you got from it, also what tunnels are you talking about even? You mean Vesuvius tunnel? The only tunnel a rookie would know of? If you are a rookie and you go to that tunnel without at least an aks 74u, you kinda need the wake up call... because any assault rifle, even the low pen ones can kill any geared players if you upgrade the penetration and use tungsten ammo if available for your caliber... which you can just buy from the Market...and don't tell me you don't have ammo, ammo is easy to get...so....tourist???
I sank way to many hours into this broken game that changes after every update. Yet it always pulls me back.. The game is a bit deeper than just fetch mission. Huge maps. But definitely need a wiki to progress

This game forced me to learn how to read cyrillic and a bit of Russian words cause I joined EU1. Honestly the fun factor of this game for me is that it required you to do tons of research for almost everything, given how most of the useful information exist almost solely outside the game; but this is all due to the horrendous translation and directions given by the quests, even more ambiguous than Morrowind. And this researching and observation of player traffic is quite rewarding, as you'll soon set a time to log-in where competition on resources and mutant kills are less.
The grind is the worst, it took a lot of my time before I was able to get a full length AK-74 (The cheaper one being the AKS-74). The distance you'd have to travel is almost akin to Day-Z. The saving grace of this game imo is how it simply makes you feel miserable, and such is the life in the Zone.
TL;DR There are better ways to experience the misery of the Zone. I'd advise you to avoid this if months of grinding isn't for you.
dude i got like 2300 hours in this game its adicting for me but like 500 hours is like learning russian while trading an other 500-1000 is just running around. i think its worse than dayz but i still love it tho
I like all your videos but series in which you get frustrated from playing broken STALKER mods and games are starting to be my favorite. You are really funny and at the same time doing us a great service to warn others not to waste time with these mods/games. Also, thanks for the tip to try INCUBATOR. I really enjoyed it!
Just because this kid cant handle the game does not mean its the game that's the problem and if you make your decision based of some guy that plays sinlge player Mods, then you get what you deserve.

Babe, wake up cheeki breeki just uploaded.
Stay out of here, Stalker
what the -croissante-
man i used to play this in my laptop but now i cannot play this game cause of its modern update that my low end laptop can't process, dammit i wish i could play this game somewhere in the future
Oh shit I remember trying this years ago when it first released as stalker online.
It was awful.
stay out is kinda a game where it gets better the further in u get. which imo kills the game for most people as i got bored just like anyone else in the first map and left the game. i only started playing again when the corona virus was a thing and there was a lockdown. me and my friends were bored so we started playing this again. he stopped playing and im still there with max gear n stuff.
It's true, to have fun in this game, you need three things...any assault rifle...at least a pump action shotgun...and to quickly network with clans or loners, the problem is the city in which you start after the tutorial introduction and tutorial map really makes people snooze, you start with just a revolver that's a peashooter, then a double barrel shotgun, then a tt tokarev...after a few hours then you get at last a cz skorpion smg...but the magazines you can get in there are just 10 rounders... you used to be able to leave the starting city outright which opened up the world, it was just 3 hours if you know what to do to farm money and buy an Aks-74u from the player market, some cheap armor, some mags and boom... you had a good gun, you had protection...and better yet... you were surrounded by other players... don't get me wrong, the story is quiite intriguing...but the boring and anemic starting guns paired with too low and slow a risk in the starting zone made it a snooze fest...also I'm aware a lot of people don't play games to read...
U plan on trying out StalCraft? It's a stalker like multiplayer game but looks like Roblox or Minecraft....it's actually very good but I stopped playing cause is focused on pvp and I'm bad at it 😅
Umm I think ur talking about stalcraft not starcraft cuz those are 2 completely different games
StarCraft hehe, watched gameplays of it around 5 years ago. Looks like a scifi RTS.
Yeah, Stalcraft* is very.. mixed, the first many hours are honestly the best, you can run around Solo doing quests, rarely running into other players, (though you have the option to go farther and fight more) killing NPCs..
but then later on you are very much encouraged to run in a group, your main worry will be other players, and if you die be prepared to run for 10 minutes to get back to where you were to find that your loot is of course, gone.
It's also weird because it's cartoony and encourages you to run everywhere, since the maps are so big and the longer you stay the more likely you are to run into people, yet the anomalies are ridiculously deadly, and the map design really enables campers. Like the first area has bandits and stalkers on opposite ends, but later on you have to use the exact same areas with a handful of choke points.
I think one thing that a proper mmo style stalker game should have is the sort of social interaction that you see in original games, stalkers sitting around a campfire relaxing before they have to go out into the danger of the zone. The pda messages.
Stalcraft has a little of that. I like that you can make a description for yourself in the pda, (even though no one will ever see it) I love the first map when an emission happens you can see the chat fill up with panic. If you ask a question you'll generally get an answer.
On the other hand it only has voice chat for groups, and basically no one types into any channel except one, which is your faction members on the same map as you (not necessarily the same instance). I've got 75 hours and I've talked to people on the other side... Twice I think. Bandits, which are 50%~ of the players, can't rob people. The logistics just don't line up for it. If you meet a player on the other team, there's not even an opportunity to be friendly. There's no useful way to communicate.
It would be cool to have the option for pve servers, but that will almost certainly not happen because they want you to buy "premium" in the game.
(I should honestly write this into a review.)
i love stalcraft, i am waiting for freedom to open up to join them
@@Ice_Fr0st yes, my bad, phone did the autocorrect thing
I understand the game is meant to be hard, but most of the time is just unfairly so. Especially the spiders, which you can barely react to. A lot of the quests are just confusing and bugged. The pay to win aspect of this game is just a slap on the face.
Hello, i played the game first time.. and yes.. its little bit trashed.. BUT when you like Stalker and Looking for a challenge. you can Play good this game. The difficulty is to understand the missions. you must right read it, to make these. (Sorry for my broke english.. i am a German and i just speak DEUTSCH und little bit russia)
I have never played this game and probably i won't due lack of time but according to this video:
Except 3rd person perspective (which I hate in most cases) it look more realistic than Stalker games. This is what you would experienced and come across if you enter the Zone for first time. No experience, no friends, no proper guns, no good tools, no clue what to do next, how, where, when... and how it will ends.
This game offers more Zone-like experience than Stalker games.
Raw, dark, depressive, no hollywood-action-like-missions.
Life in the Zone is not fun and games. This game is about it.
5 hours on probably the fastest way to get out of the start area, if you to go by truck you will have acquired some stuff that have a random chance to spawn, and other people might grab that before you as well so you will have to wait even more.
Devs also removed First Person View which honestly makes it so much worse, at least it was atmospheric nice(but still janky)
on the city and outside it you will also experience the wonders of being chased by 16 dogs at the same time while you have only a nagant and a toz (and completing all missions on the city will give you only like a TT-33 and maybe a SKS or Mosin, i stopped playing before the updated that change some of the reward).
most of my time playing was literally just running, it took me probably a full day grinding shitty fetch quests (literally go grab me a doll, or TV parts) to get enough money to buy a 6B2 body armor (the worst one on the entire game I think), so picking any fight was basically impossible (and again you will have to fight 5-6 dogs at a time once out of the city).
+300 hours, felt the same frustration at the beginning, but something about the atmosphere caught me, then i saw Andrei Tarkovsky "Stalker" movie and understood a lot of mechanics I really love wandering about big maps, missions are defintely hard and involve a lot of walking (use tour first perk points to improve your stamina) much to be improved, graphics, dialogues, bugs, but this has potential, hopefully devs will start putting more effort and resources in this problems
It still baffles me that despite driving in F1, Charles Lecler has also time for STALKER! 😂😂
Honestly, this game is less "pay to win" as it seems. None of those boxes have a guarantee to drop a weapon. Its all just a chance. And, you cant get any of the end game guns from the boxes for purchase in the store.
It is not an easy game by any means. Im just over 5k hours in. I love it. The tutorial area can be rough to get out if you havent done it or dont have help. And Liubech City can feel grindy. But, its definitely worth checking out. It just doesn't come into its own until youre kind of deep into it.
Lol i love this game (1300hrs) but dont bother its far to grindey and the confussing quests get much worse, ps you can cook meat its the fire its bottom row in the menu.
3000 hrs... still grindy af, i understand why people don't want to try it, but honestly stay out is a game i would probably never fully abandon, no matter how many and how long a hiatus i take from it often, people don't like it, it's a shame, but i love it...not many people are willing to play open world stalker misery with pvp and angry russians

"survive harsh conditions" but the player cant even cook without a pot. Not to mention the certified slavjank dialogue writing as well.
Wait this is a 3rd person view shooter and you bothered to review it?
A good shooter is about gun feel and immersion. 3rd person views annihilate both. Direct to the bin!
Stalcraft remains somehow the "best" of these STALKER MMOs
szone, stay out and az all started from the same group that did szone but at some point half the team broke up and they made stay out.
basically, you just did the tutorial map, you havent even been to SOLAR CITY yet lol, the game is amazing, we played will to live online for 3 years, this game is by far better
I have been playing this since back in the day of stalker online and still have a character on the SPB server. I also have many hundreds of hours on the steam version on EU1. It’s a great play but you need to do a lot of grinding and give this game lots of time to make gains. I have enjoyed this game for many years and will for many more. I will always give this game the thumbs up 👍🏻
Oh no yeah this game is a proper grind once you get out of the main city bro its gets worse from there uou are given a big ass map and barley any quicker and safer way to travel. Dogs literlay everywhere.
Wake up honey, time to fight 24 dogs at the same time with only a TT-33, (or you try going through the forest and get eaten by the spiders instead).
@user-rs5ui5lg5i fr worse you still have the toz and nagant revolver.
Best case sks and tt 34.
Pain in the fucking ass running from the city to a tiny fucking village sorounded by mutants.
Bro, I litteraly felt the exact same way when I played this game. Good review.
You didn't get out of training map..
This game is for those with patience, Nothing in this game comes easy. I played it for around 5+ years, You don't have to buy anything, Through quest's and playing the game doing Event's you can gain money and get weapons without spending in store.
If anyone wanna buy from store they support the Devs, The Premium is worth, it will make the game more fun.
This game is frustrating at times, if you like easy games where everything is given to you in few days and where you lvl up to max in a month this game is not for you.
There's always the StalkerZ mod for CROISSANT! DayZ. does a not too bad job of scratching that multiplayer Stalker itch, even using alot of the same assets. North of Rostok isnt CROISSANT! done yet but regardless it's a nice crossover as is. CROISSANT!

Lol I literally felt the way you did about a year ago when I 1st tried out this game. Did not even bother to leave the first starting zone. Now I am in one of the top clans allied with one of the biggest clans in NA1 w/ 1k+hrs. Tier4 weapons and armor. Yes everything is confusing at first b/c duh you are a beginner and this game doesn't have the best translation from RU > ENG language. But the community and pvp really shine in this game. Imho only best "Multiplayer" Stalker-esque game out rn. Just takes some patience. Which a lot of people do not have. Totally understandable depending on what's going on in your life. It's all good though, it just weeds out all the bad players. Don't even bother wasting your time if you are bad at games and force yourself to play. You will just eventually quit and be upset at yourself.

Does anyone remember an old mmo called Stalker Online. Later it was SZone.
This game is shit.. there is always high lvl players would just wait and camp outside of town to kill you and loot you're stuff... Stay out of this game just like the title
You should stick to playing single player games and not try to critique a game you don't intend to invest any time in. This is not the type of game you simply play thru to the end. There really is no end game here. 5 hours in a tutorial is not that bad on a game as complex as Stay Out . The reason for the grind in the tutorial is to get you ready for the real game which starts in the next map, you know, the one you quit on before giving it a chance. I knew you would give the game crap when you reviewed the store before the game. Lot of players enjoy this game without paying to win.
“Lots of players enjoy this game” yet the player base fell off due to the grind and the game ramping up grind and reducing content unless you dedicate to a clan for its own type of grind. Last time I checked, once you finish everything of worth in the city and venture out from it, it just turns into a walking simulator that makes Dayz look modest in comparison and with even less interesting things to stumble upon outside a few very far apart landmarks placed on a mosty flat and barren overworld map.
You fans can enjoy the game all you want but stop getting butt hurt over people not enjoying sparse design, grind, and monotony that never goes anywhere. Heck, Id love to see how your toxic Stockholm mindset would react to playing Stalcraft or a non-mmo stalker mp for once. Would make for a funny “try not to complain about the graphics” challenge for the former.
