Lucifer... once the chief communicator of devine revelations to the universe, had to be an amazing sight and sound to hear Lucifer sing in alto, soprano, tenor, and bass all at once! Hi Doug, it’s November 23, 2020 and I’m just watching this now. You said in Matthew 28, I believe it is actually in Matthew 27, that when Jesus was at the cross there were some people resurrected. You said this at the 1:10:24 mark of your broadcast. I believe you’re talking about Matthew 27:52-53 How certain are you that those people were resurrected? How do we not know that this was maybe a sign or symbol?

I always couldn't understand that while Jesus ruled on earth for a thousand years and Satan is thrown and locked up in a pit but after the thousand years he releases Satan again! I never could understand WHY doesn't he just be done with him?
That's a great question. I haven't watched this video fully. But from scriptures we know there will be a resurrection during the 1000 year reign, of the righteous and unrighteous. Unrighteous ones are not wicked ones, but those that never truly got the chance to learn about God or Jesus. God is a fair God, and in the 1000 year reign ,Jesus our King is bringing mankind back to the perfect state before Adam fell, and brought sin into the world. Those resurrected ones get the same opportunity to choose God as sovereign of the universe. So while Satan is abyssed mankind gets to fully understand God. And after he is loosed, all get the chance to prove their faithfulness. Unfortunately many will fail.Then they are destroyed. And the question of Gods right to rule will be settled once and for all.
@@jenanielson Sorry Sister. What you've described there is TOTALLY NOT what the speaker taught. It's evident you didn't watch the entire thing as you said. I'm afraid it is so often true that people listen with preconceived opinions or previous indoctrination and are not carefully listening to find out truth. When I listen to a teacher that I know is not of my religious persuasion I try to listen very attentively to see if what he/she says lines up with Scripture as he presents it. Do his arguments line up with his premise? Is his/her premise CORRECT? If the premise is incorrect, the conclusions will also be incorrect. If his arguments seem incongruous and if I intend to challenge him/her, I will listen again to be sure I got his points as he meant them to be received. I don't always remember to pray about it, but I should ask the Lord what to say, if anything, how, and when to say it. Then I try to say it as kindly, yet as truthfully as I can. I hope you receive my observations and find them useful. Now, regarding the subject being discussed. When Jesus comes to earth, SOON, we don't know exactly when, it will be His second advent, His first advent being when He came as a baby in Bethlehem in the year 4BC. His mission then was to save His people from their sin. (See Matthew 1:21.) After a life of unbelievable service of teaching, healing and preaching, He was killed a shameful death on a Roman cross because of being rejected by His people, the Jewish nation. The gospel writer John said, "He came to His own and his own received Him not. But as many as received Him to them give He power to become sons of God." John 1:11 Jesus was Jewish. In AD 31, He returned to heaven from whence He came, where He lived pre-incarnately with God the Father. Before returning to heaven, He promised His disciples and subsequently all followers, that He would come back for them to take them back to live with Him in heaven. (See John 14:1-3ff) Read also Acts Chapter One which gave more details of His actual departure for heaven. The angel who saw Him off assured His heartbroken disciples, that: "This same Jesus who is taken up from you into heaven will so come in like manner as you've seen Him go into heaven." Moses, Elijah, Enoch, those who went to heaven at His resurrection, etc What will the saved do during the 1,000 years (millennium) in heaven?? In the 20th chapter of Revelations, we are told they will be examining the records to acertain why God's decision was fair. We will be able to examine the life's choices, and decisions of the lost and will see the justice of God in dealing with each one. At the end of this session EVERYONE, saved and unsaved will admit God's justice in every decision He made, as well as His love. He will not take folks to heaven who do not want to be there because they will be miserable there! Revelation Chapter 20 explains it all, starting at verse 1. The writer said he saw an angel come down from heaven with a huge chain, he bound the dragon (Satan) and put him in a bottomless pit and kept him there for 1000 years, so he could no longer carry on His work of deception. (Verses 1-3) Verses 4-10 tell us that the saved were examining the books for a thousand years and that the wicked dead did not live again until the 1000 years were expired. Afterwards Jesus returns and resurrects the wicked for their punishment. Satan seizes the opportunity to proclaim war on the Holy City, New Jerusalem, in which Christ and His people are residents. During the episode fire comes down from God and destroys them totally. He repeats for emphasis what the procedure was and the outcome. ANYONE whose name was not found in the Lamb's Book of Life was burned in the lake of fire. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. Praise God! His apostles. Who goes to heaven? A very small group..in comparison to the other flock.. Jesus many times refers to his apostles as a little flock..and Paul also calls them firstfruits. This separates them..ever wonder why? Revalation Clears this up. Rev 5:10 , ch 7 ch 14..21 . They are to be kings and priests with Jesus..the are the bride of Christ..the new Jerusalem. They have a special specific calling..Acts speaks of them receiving this calling ..the first of this small group was in Pentecost 33CE. Scriptures are very clear, about this..research , pray, and listen to Gods holy spirit. Oh it was 33CE when Jesus died ..you claim 31 AD..no..many scriptures lead to 33CE.. A great one is John the Baptist, and his father's duties in the temple..and .Jesus started his ministry after his baptism in 29 CE.( John the Baptistdudnt start baptizing untill 29CE)..3 and a half years long....so it could not be before 33CE

When Jesus ascended into heaven, according to the record, “a cloud caught him up from their vision.” (Ac 1:9) The disciples did not see Jesus riding away on a cloud, but rather, the cloud obscured their vision of him. This helps us to understand Jesus’ words concerning his presence: “They will see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory,” and Revelation’s statement: “He is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him.” (Lu 21:27; Mt 24:30; Re 1:7) In past cases clouds represented invisible presence( think of Gods use of clouds with ancient Israel)but observers could “see” the meaning with their mental “eyes.” In this case the physical occurrences that are visible would cause the one looking to “see” or realize that Christ is invisibly present.-See also Mt 24; Mr 13; Re 14:14. Jesus left the earth without public fanfare, his faithful followers being the only observers. He will return “in the same manner”-without public fanfare, with only his faithful followers discerning his presence in Kingdom power. Today, only those with spiritual discernment realize that Jesus is present in kingly power. (Luke 17:20) We need to discern the evidence of his presence and convey it to others so that they too may see the urgency of our times.

You are all correct. satan and his demons make sure to traumatize as many children as possible. That way, you are in bondage. Once in bondage, your soul (mind/will/emotions) are polluted and your thoughts and behaviors will follow.
I agree with you on this . But very hard to explain . When you read Isaiah 14:14-15 (KJV) 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. 15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. Apply it to yourself and not to some corrupt Angel , you can see things in a different light . Are you reading the good book to improve your life or to get a reward in heaven after death . Your first duty to GOD I think is to live a long and loving life , as why he put us here . I see all religions seem more concerned about the after life and fail to live this life , which is the first duty of man . I see it as a book of life not death . Begin at the basics . Honor GOD , by obeying HIS laws , obeying HIS words of life . I think if HE wanted me to be an Angel, I would be an Angel. HE will decide that at the end of the race . God created Satan to be the challenge for us to find our way back home to Love. Satan is also behind all of our lessons and growth, and therefore Satan serves our evolution.
It says in the Bible about the Devil that from the very beginning he was a murderer. (People can appear to serve God, drive out demons in Jesus name for example but the Lord still views them as his enemy depending on where their hearts are in Gods sight). Even if the Devil was created flawlessly by God I believe in his heart he always wanted to be God and was, as it says in the Bible, a murderer from the beginning. He could have served God but still harbored a murderous disposition and rebellious nature while in servitude. We know that God does not immediately cast out/destroy etc. someone who is against him. It seems too coincidental that the brightest Angel just so happens to turn out to be the the Devil and that this occurred out of the will of God. It does say that God's thoughts are not our thoughts and his ways are not our ways. If God did create the Devil for the purpose of testing mankind down the track on Earth does it matter? Who can make argument against God in protest and prevail? In regards to the garden of Eden. God already knew before he put/allowed the serpent in the garden that Eve would take the apple and offer it to Adam. Why did God do this? He says he will separate the wheat from the chaff so testing mankind seems to be the will of God to see who is worthy to be with him. Testing could not occur without a Devil so Satan must be the will of God. And by the way, even though the Devil can certainly appear as an Angel of light he has a true form that has been distorted by the evil that dwells within him. Much like a person who has smiled a lot in their life and has been kind their face will radiate that kindness so the Devils form looks in the opposite spectrum when not casting illusion.
Adam, it does seem very strange, doesn't it, that Lucifer became Satan outside of the will of God. But let's compare the phrase, "from the beginning," with Ezekiel 28:15. "You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, until iniquity was found in you." Verse 17, "Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty, you have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your brightness." In other words, this beautiful and perfect being is exercising free will. He chooses to turn his eyes to himself, and his growing self-love corrupts his ability to see reality clearly. To paraphrase, "You have ruined your wisdom because of your splendor." Lucifer is the actor. He makes choices. He makes a choice to turn his love away from God and fasten it on himself. As he continues to make this choice of self-love, he begins to think that all his beauty and gifts come from his own virtues. He forgets that he has a Creator. He grows envious of the One who is higher. In time, Lucifer goes so far in his hatred of God that he steps into open rebellion. He falsely accuses God of being tyrannical and unjust. So God, whose government is based upon free will, allows each created being to have a choice--serve Him, or serve Lucifer. It's very important that we understand that God's government is founded on free will. To say that "Satan must be the will of God" actually implies the opposite! Not only does it infer that Lucifer was created for the purpose of becoming corrupt, it suggests that God instituted this colossal evil which would result in the loss of one third of the angels in Heaven, countless millions of human beings, and the horrendous, agonizing death of God's own Son. It suggests that God so doubted the hearts of his own sinless angels that He felt He had to expose them to "a test." This is not the character of God, but the character of Satan! "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth He any man: but every man is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust [desires] and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin; and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." (James 1:13-15) God calls death an enemy! It is His purpose to destroy both death and sin. He has not done so yet, for only one reason--so that every human being may have the free will and full knowledge to choose whether to serve Him or Satan. He wept over the fall of Lucifer. It was not His will. Although Ezekiel 31 is a prophecy and a parable that recounts the fall of "the Assyrian," many of the references in the text reveal the history of Lucifer. "Thus saith the Lord God; In the day when he went down to the grave [that is separated himself to sin and death] I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him." (Ezek. 31:15) God desires no one to be lost. (Ezek. 18:31-32) He permitted Adam and Eve to make the decision of free will, and He did not prevent it; but He allowed the universe to see where free will wrongly exercised would lead. There is only one reason for the conflict between Good and Evil. God's first principle is freedom to choose.

I always couldn't understand that while Jesus ruled on earth for a thousand years and Satan is thrown and locked up in a pit but after the thousand years he releases Satan again! I never could understand WHY doesn't he just be done with him?

But from scriptures we know there will be a resurrection during the 1000 year reign, of the righteous and unrighteous. Unrighteous ones are not wicked ones, but those that never truly got the chance to learn about God or Jesus. God is a fair God, and in the 1000 year reign ,Jesus our King is bringing mankind back to the perfect state before Adam fell, and brought sin into the world. Those resurrected ones get the same opportunity to choose God as sovereign of the universe. So while Satan is abyssed mankind gets to fully understand God. And after he is loosed, all get the chance to prove their faithfulness. Unfortunately many will fail.Then they are destroyed. And the question of Gods right to rule will be settled once and for all.
@@jenanielson Sorry Sister. What you've described there is TOTALLY NOT what the speaker taught. It's evident you didn't watch the entire thing as you said. I'm afraid it is so often true that people listen with preconceived opinions or previous indoctrination and are not carefully listening to find out truth.
When I listen to a teacher that I know is not of my religious persuasion I try to listen very attentively to see if what he/she says lines up with Scripture as he presents it. Do his arguments line up with his premise? Is his/her premise CORRECT? If the premise is incorrect, the conclusions will also be incorrect. If his arguments seem incongruous and if I intend to challenge him/her, I will listen again to be sure I got his points as he meant them to be received. I don't always remember to pray about it, but I should ask the Lord what to say, if anything, how, and when to say it. Then I try to say it as kindly, yet as truthfully as I can.

What will the saved do during the 1,000 years (millennium) in heaven??
In the 20th chapter of Revelations, we are told they will be examining the records to acertain why God's decision was fair. We will be able to examine the life's choices, and decisions of the lost and will see the justice of God in dealing with each one. At the end of this session EVERYONE, saved and unsaved will admit God's justice in every decision He made, as well as His love. He will not take folks to heaven who do not want to be there because they will be miserable there!

It says in the Bible about the Devil that from the very beginning he was a murderer. (People can appear to serve God, drive out demons in Jesus name for example but the Lord still views them as his enemy depending on where their hearts are in Gods sight). Even if the Devil was created flawlessly by God I believe in his heart he always wanted to be God and was, as it says in the Bible, a murderer from the beginning. He could have served God but still harbored a murderous disposition and rebellious nature while in servitude. We know that God does not immediately cast out/destroy etc. someone who is against him.
It seems too coincidental that the brightest Angel just so happens to turn out to be the the Devil and that this occurred out of the will of God.

In regards to the garden of Eden. God already knew before he put/allowed the serpent in the garden that Eve would take the apple and offer it to Adam. Why did God do this?
He says he will separate the wheat from the chaff so testing mankind seems to be the will of God to see who is worthy to be with him. Testing could not occur without a Devil so Satan must be the will of God.
And by the way, even though the Devil can certainly appear as an Angel of light he has a true form that has been distorted by the evil that dwells within him. Much like a person who has smiled a lot in their life and has been kind their face will radiate that kindness so the Devils form looks in the opposite spectrum when not casting illusion.
Adam, it does seem very strange, doesn't it, that Lucifer became Satan outside of the will of God. But let's compare the phrase, "from the beginning," with Ezekiel 28:15. "You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, until iniquity was found in you." Verse 17, "Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty, you have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your brightness."
In other words, this beautiful and perfect being is exercising free will. He chooses to turn his eyes to himself, and his growing self-love corrupts his ability to see reality clearly. To paraphrase, "You have ruined your wisdom because of your splendor." Lucifer is the actor. He makes choices. He makes a choice to turn his love away from God and fasten it on himself. As he continues to make this choice of self-love, he begins to think that all his beauty and gifts come from his own virtues. He forgets that he has a Creator. He grows envious of the One who is higher.
In time, Lucifer goes so far in his hatred of God that he steps into open rebellion. He falsely accuses God of being tyrannical and unjust. So God, whose government is based upon free will, allows each created being to have a choice--serve Him, or serve Lucifer.
It's very important that we understand that God's government is founded on free will. To say that "Satan must be the will of God" actually implies the opposite! Not only does it infer that Lucifer was created for the purpose of becoming corrupt, it suggests that God instituted this colossal evil which would result in the loss of one third of the angels in Heaven, countless millions of human beings, and the horrendous, agonizing death of God's own Son. It suggests that God so doubted the hearts of his own sinless angels that He felt He had to expose them to "a test." This is not the character of God, but the character of Satan! "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth He any man: but every man is tempted when he is drawn away by his own lust [desires] and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin; and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death." (James 1:13-15)
God calls death an enemy! It is His purpose to destroy both death and sin. He has not done so yet, for only one reason--so that every human being may have the free will and full knowledge to choose whether to serve Him or Satan. He wept over the fall of Lucifer. It was not His will. Although Ezekiel 31 is a prophecy and a parable that recounts the fall of "the Assyrian," many of the references in the text reveal the history of Lucifer. "Thus saith the Lord God; In the day when he went down to the grave [that is separated himself to sin and death] I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the floods thereof, and the great waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him." (Ezek. 31:15)
God desires no one to be lost. (Ezek. 18:31-32) He permitted Adam and Eve to make the decision of free will, and He did not prevent it; but He allowed the universe to see where free will wrongly exercised would lead. There is only one reason for the conflict between Good and Evil. God's first principle is freedom to choose.

Why the God of Israel instructed Joshua to slaughter the people of Canaanites and take their land. Wasn’t this against the Ten Commandments from God through Moses? Thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not covet (neighbors house), thou shalt not covet (animal, slaves, or anything else includes land).
