@@hanaro66 the ten commandments are not the mosaic laws. They pre date Moses. The mosaic laws were penalties given because the people transgressed the ten commandments. The Sabbath was made 2000 years before the Jewish nation and was made for all of mankind. The Sabbath commandment is definitely for gentiles. They are the strangers in your gate that the commandment speaks of. Christ's death confirmed the covenant laws. Nothing could be altered or changed. The way the interviews start is something I run into all the time. Outside of church when I ask, Do you know what the mark of the beast is? Surprisingly most people are clueless, so they will gladly accept the mark.

Thank you both so much for your responses. We do a Bible study on Wednesday and meet every Friday for Prayer at the church for our community and others in need of prayer... NOW my husband and I plan to now observe the Sabbath on Saturday a day of rest, thank you both so much. 😊

Theres plenty of evidence for the investigate judgement. Jesus already has his rewards with him at his second coming. So the judgement must have already taken place. Also the Bible says the wicked are destroyed by the brightness of His coming. Again, the judgement must have already taken place for then to be declared wicked and to be destroyed. The Bible says that at Christ's second coming the saved who are living are raptured up into the air by the angels to meet Christ. Again, these people were not among the living who were destroyed and were deemed as saved. The judgement must have already taken place. In the book of revelation, one of the worldwide messages is that the hour of Christ's judgement has come. This is prior to Christ's second coming. The angels are aware of the saved as they plead for God to not hurt the earth until they have sealed the servants of God in their forehead. They are aware of the verdict of who are counted among the saved. Because the judgement has already taken place. Then there's the prophecy that specifically talks about the sanctuary in heaven having to be cleansed. And basic mathematics shows this event began in the year 1844. I was aware of all of these elements prior to becoming an SDA Christian because it's very clear from studying the scriptures. I think you just have a misunderstanding of the teaching. Stick with Jesus/Yahshua... God is calling ppl out of the churches. Read the warning to the 7 churches in Rev. Holy spirit is your teacher, he can use teachings online as a stepping stone, just make sure you test every message in prayer and with the word of God, God can use anyone as a stepping stone, but you must be prayerful in your studies away from the bible, God will help you, something's you will get right away, something God will show you what is of him or not, it will unfold as you keep seeking him. You also need to be prayerful who you call a brother too, just because someone goes to church or believes in Jesus or believes in God's laws doesn't mean they are right with God either. Do you know how many ppl I have met who love the Lord but hate their brethren, many ppl are cold, and if someone wanted prayer or help they would turn their backs on them, hearts are waxing cold, it's prophesy, be praying for everything and everyone you meet. If not, then in my opinion, yes, I think you should become a Seventh-day Adventist. the SDA church members are not perfect-the Bible says “we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God,” but I believe the church teaches the word of God and it holds the remnant who follow God as the Bible commands. The Holy Spirit is the seal of God (Ephesians 1:13), not the sabbath day. The Sabbath commandment is nowhere quoted in the New Testament. Jesus, as Lord of the sabbath, chose not to quote the 4th commandment. Therefore, Ellen White's followers attempt to keep the sabbath day because Ellen White told them to. Jesus COMMANDED his followers to REMEMBER LOT'S WIFE, not remember the sabbath day. Sabbath keeping Jews killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets...they please not God, and are contrary to all men...for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost (1Thessalonians 2:14-16)." In Acts they murdered Stephen and stoned Paul. The sabbath was a sign ONLY to Israel (Exodus 31:17) and therefore has nothing to do with the gospel and the gentiles. Jesus is the reality of things foreshadowed in the Old Testament, of which the Sabbath day was one as Colossians 2:16, 17 declares: the Sabbath was a shadow that pointed to Christ who is the fulfillment. This fact is clearly demonstrated in the book of Numbers 28:9, 10 where two lambs were offered ceremonially on the sabbath day which looked forward to the sacrifice of Christ. The Old Testament sacrifices, the priesthood and the Sabbath were abolished and Jesus became the hope of eternal rest. It is a simple gospel to just follow him and rest in His merits and the promises of God, for we "are complete in him (Colossians 2:10)" and "...By grace are ye saved through faith... not of works lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto GOOD WORKS...(Ephesians 2:8-10)." Therefore, the rest of faith in Hebrews 4 is not the Sabbath day. It is exactly that - a rest of FAITH as noted in 4:3, not a day of the week. The message of the Book of Hebrews is for Jews and anyone else to not go back to Judaism or apostatize. Keeping faith in Christ will lead to eternal rest in heaven which the Old Testament Promised Land foreshadowed. The word "sabbath" is not even mentioned after the book of Acts except in Colossians 2:16 where Paul advises Christians about judgmental sabbath keepers. Judaizers are accursed for pulling Christians back into the Old Testament obsolete Jewish system like sabbath keeping (see Galatians 1:6-9). His sheep hear his voice and a stranger they will not follow(John 10). Paul went into the synagogues on the Sabbath in the book of Acts to preach to the Jews and their gentile converts as noted in Acts 13. The unbelieving sabbath keeping Jews persecuted the apostles, murdered Stephen and stoned Paul, therefore those were not believer's meetings in the synagogues, and obviously Paul was not observing the sabbath day. On the contrary, the believers met on the first day of the week - the day of the resurrection, also called the LORD'S DAY, as seen in 1 Corinthians 16:2; Acts 20:7 and Revelation 1:10. Therefore, going to church on the first day of the week is not taking the mark of the beast. Christians were meeting on that day long before the Catholic Church was instituted. Ellen White invented the idea that Sunday church attendance is taking the mark of the beast, therefore it is dangerous to trust your eternal destiny on her "visions" or "revelations." It looks like the mark of the beast is going to be a digital tattoo or a microchip implant. Soul sleeping is a false doctrine. Jesus "brought life and immortality to light through the gospel(2 Tim. 1:10)." Therefore there's life immediately after death in which consciousness survives death ( see Hebrews 9:27). Eternal life begins now in this life upon experiencing the new birth. New Testament examples are: When Jesus was transfigured before Peter, James and John, "there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him (Matthew 17:3)." The rich man and Lazarus were alive after death. Jesus said that the believing thief on the cross would go to paradise the day he died. Stephen the first martyr when about to die said, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit (Acts 7:59)." Hebrews 12:22-24 describes who are in heaven, including the spirits of just men made perfect, that is, the disembodied believers from earth. This is also taught in 1 Thessalonians 4:14: "...them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him." According to 2 Corinthians 5:6-9, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Since there is no soul sleeping in Christ, the bodies of believers will be resurrected at the coming of the Lord. The clear teaching of SCRIPTURE is that consciousness survives death. See also 1 Samuel 28:10-20. Concerning the no meat eating doctrine: It is "giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils forbidding to abstain from meats. (1Timothy 4:1,3)". Jesus ate fish and lamb. Jesus taught an endless hell "where the fire is not quenched and the worm dieth not", but Ellen White taught annihilation or no hell instead. Consciousness survives death. The investigative judgment is nowhere taught in scripture. She made it up after the Second Coming did not take place in 1843. This is another made up heresy invented by Ellen White as well as probation and that Jesus is Michael the archangel. The U.S. in prophecy is the great eagle in Revelation 12:14, not the second beast of Revelation chapter 13. According to someone's testimony, they saw in hell the prophetess Ellen White in hell. Jesus said she is in this place for inventing heresies. She prophesied lies and still had connections with the satanists who helped [her] ministry grow. She also taught [her] members to keep the Sabbath stepping on My grace. Whoever wants to live in the law will have to never sinned. Whoever chooses to live in the law will have to save himself from it without committing any sin like Me [Jesus]. All the sects that reject My grace stare down the contract of the New Covenant. Whoever lives in the contract of the Old Covenant will be cursed and go to hell. Jesus said, "This woman Ellen White lied saying, 'There is no hell.' " She taught people hell does not exist, but when she died she landed in hell. Now she is in it and I saw how the demons tormented that woman. The more souls went down to hell because of her teaching, the more she was tormented. From the foundation of her sect until now, millions of souls are now coming to hell. Jesus said,"Testify most of its souls may come to salvation and ascend into heaven."

Wow its all starting to makes sense. For some reason I felt that the mark of the beast could be a spiritual mark, and not exactly a physical one. People get so mad when you speak up against their traditions that go against Gods word, or even the things that the Catholic Church has done, or the erroneous things that the pope has said, as though he should have the same authority and power as Christ even to change the word of God which is extremely wrong. I keep the feast days given to us by Almighty Yehovah who said these feast days are forever. Theres plenty of evidence for the investigate judgement. Jesus already has his rewards with him at his second coming. So the judgement must have already taken place.
Also the Bible says the wicked are destroyed by the brightness of His coming. Again, the judgement must have already taken place for then to be declared wicked and to be destroyed.
The Bible says that at Christ's second coming the saved who are living are raptured up into the air by the angels to meet Christ. Again, these people were not among the living who were destroyed and were deemed as saved. The judgement must have already taken place.
In the book of revelation, one of the worldwide messages is that the hour of Christ's judgement has come. This is prior to Christ's second coming. The angels are aware of the saved as they plead for God to not hurt the earth until they have sealed the servants of God in their forehead. They are aware of the verdict of who are counted among the saved. Because the judgement has already taken place.
Then there's the prophecy that specifically talks about the sanctuary in heaven having to be cleansed. And basic mathematics shows this event began in the year 1844.
I was aware of all of these elements prior to becoming an SDA Christian because it's very clear from studying the scriptures.

I don't have any Sabbath Day keeping churches near me except for one 7th Day Adventist church. But some of their doctrine I don't agree with.
What are they teaching that you don't agree is biblical?
Stick with Jesus/Yahshua... God is calling ppl out of the churches. Read the warning to the 7 churches in Rev. Holy spirit is your teacher, he can use teachings online as a stepping stone, just make sure you test every message in prayer and with the word of God, God can use anyone as a stepping stone, but you must be prayerful in your studies away from the bible, God will help you, something's you will get right away, something God will show you what is of him or not, it will unfold as you keep seeking him. You also need to be prayerful who you call a brother too, just because someone goes to church or believes in Jesus or believes in God's laws doesn't mean they are right with God either. Do you know how many ppl I have met who love the Lord but hate their brethren, many ppl are cold, and if someone wanted prayer or help they would turn their backs on them, hearts are waxing cold, it's prophesy, be praying for everything and everyone you meet. Because not everyone is going to be part of the remnant in these last days, most of the church will be damned, so be discerning who you are connected to in this hour. It's good your questioning things. That's God giving you discernment.

The Holy Spirit is the seal of God (Ephesians 1:13), not the sabbath day.
The Sabbath commandment is nowhere quoted in the New Testament. Jesus, as Lord of the sabbath, chose not to quote the 4th commandment. Therefore, Ellen White's followers attempt to keep the sabbath day because Ellen White told them to. Jesus COMMANDED his followers to REMEMBER LOT'S WIFE, not remember the sabbath day. Sabbath keeping Jews killed the Lord Jesus and their own prophets...they please not God, and are contrary to all men...for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost (1Thessalonians 2:14-16)." In Acts they murdered Stephen and stoned Paul.
The sabbath was a sign ONLY to Israel (Exodus 31:17) and therefore has nothing to do with the gospel and the gentiles. Jesus is the reality of things foreshadowed in the Old Testament, of which the Sabbath day was one as Colossians 2:16, 17 declares: the Sabbath was a shadow that pointed to Christ who is the fulfillment. This fact is clearly demonstrated in the book of Numbers 28:9, 10 where two lambs were offered ceremonially on the sabbath day which looked forward to the sacrifice of Christ. The Old Testament sacrifices, the priesthood and the Sabbath were abolished and Jesus became the hope of eternal rest. It is a simple gospel to just follow him and rest in His merits and the promises of God, for we "are complete in him (Colossians 2:10)" and "...By grace are ye saved through faith... not of works lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto GOOD WORKS...(Ephesians 2:8-10)." Therefore, the rest of faith in Hebrews 4 is not the Sabbath day. It is exactly that - a rest of FAITH as noted in 4:3, not a day of the week. The message of the Book of Hebrews is for Jews and anyone else to not go back to Judaism or apostatize. Keeping faith in Christ will lead to eternal rest in heaven which the Old Testament Promised Land foreshadowed.
The word "sabbath" is not even mentioned after the book of Acts except in Colossians 2:16 where Paul advises Christians about judgmental sabbath keepers. Judaizers are accursed for pulling Christians back into the Old Testament obsolete Jewish system like sabbath keeping (see Galatians 1:6-9). His sheep hear his voice and a stranger they will not follow(John 10).
Paul went into the synagogues on the Sabbath in the book of Acts to preach to the Jews and their gentile converts as noted in Acts 13. The unbelieving sabbath keeping Jews persecuted the apostles, murdered Stephen and stoned Paul, therefore those were not believer's meetings in the synagogues, and obviously Paul was not observing the sabbath day. On the contrary, the believers met on the first day of the week - the day of the resurrection, also called the LORD'S DAY, as seen in 1 Corinthians 16:2; Acts 20:7 and Revelation 1:10. Therefore, going to church on the first day of the week is not taking the mark of the beast. Christians were meeting on that day long before the Catholic Church was instituted. Ellen White invented the idea that Sunday church attendance is taking the mark of the beast, therefore it is dangerous to trust your eternal destiny on her "visions" or "revelations." It looks like the mark of the beast is going to be a digital tattoo or a microchip implant.
Soul sleeping is a false doctrine. Jesus "brought life and immortality to light through the gospel(2 Tim. 1:10)." Therefore there's life immediately after death in which consciousness survives death ( see Hebrews 9:27). Eternal life begins now in this life upon experiencing the new birth. New Testament examples are: When Jesus was transfigured before Peter, James and John, "there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him (Matthew 17:3)." The rich man and Lazarus were alive after death. Jesus said that the believing thief on the cross would go to paradise the day he died. Stephen the first martyr when about to die said, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit (Acts 7:59)." Hebrews 12:22-24 describes who are in heaven, including the spirits of just men made perfect, that is, the disembodied believers from earth. This is also taught in 1 Thessalonians 4:14: "...them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him." According to 2 Corinthians 5:6-9, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Since there is no soul sleeping in Christ, the bodies of believers will be resurrected at the coming of the Lord. The clear teaching of SCRIPTURE is that consciousness survives death. See also 1 Samuel 28:10-20.
Concerning the no meat eating doctrine: It is "giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils forbidding to abstain from meats. (1Timothy 4:1,3)". Jesus ate fish and lamb.
Jesus taught an endless hell "where the fire is not quenched and the worm dieth not", but Ellen White taught annihilation or no hell instead. Consciousness survives death.
The investigative judgment is nowhere taught in scripture. She made it up after the Second Coming did not take place in 1843. This is another made up heresy invented by Ellen White as well as probation and that Jesus is Michael the archangel.
The U.S. in prophecy is the great eagle in Revelation 12:14, not the second beast of Revelation chapter 13.
According to someone's testimony, they saw in hell the prophetess Ellen White in hell. Jesus said she is in this place for inventing heresies. She prophesied lies and still had connections with the satanists who helped [her] ministry grow. She also taught [her] members to keep the Sabbath stepping on My grace. Whoever wants to live in the law will have to never sinned. Whoever chooses to live in the law will have to save himself from it without committing any sin like Me [Jesus]. All the sects that reject My grace stare down the contract of the New Covenant. Whoever lives in the contract of the Old Covenant will be cursed and go to hell. Jesus said, "This woman Ellen White lied saying, 'There is no hell.' " She taught people hell does not exist, but when she died she landed in hell. Now she is in it and I saw how the demons tormented that woman. The more souls went down to hell because of her teaching, the more she was tormented. From the foundation of her sect until now, millions of souls are now coming to hell. Jesus said,"Testify most of its souls may come to salvation and ascend into heaven."

'Pastor' are you insinuating that Paul the apostle was also marked for death? This is what he said in Colossians 2:16, "Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holiday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is Christ".
In the Bible I read (apparently you and I are not reading the same Bible), Paul said in Galatians 1:8, "Let God's curse fall on anyone, including us or even an angel from heaven, who preaches a different kind of gospel than the one we preached to you".
If Sabbath worship is the only thing that commends us to God, then Jesus died in vain.
No matter what you guys do; no matter your eloquence or ability to propagate your falsehoods, you cannot change the plans of God for His redeemed. Only fools allow themselves to be deceived by people like you who choose to reject the whole counsel of God.
2 Corinthians 2:17 tells us about people like you who corrupt the word of God. I pray that God would deliver you from deception along with the people you are leading astray.
John 3:16 is an encapsulation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life". Salvation is by faith in the finished work of Christ alone. You pervert the gospel when you add anything to it, including Sabbath worship.

Pearl Please consider this point concerning the verse you mentioned. - The city of Colossae was rather off the charts in their pagan practices. This statement about let no man judge you was directed to the Torah/Sabbath keeper Believers. This was a city with a small group of true believers and they were constantly being set upon by the pagans. Among other things in this epistle, it extols believers to stay strong in their faith and guard against false teachers, deceivers, and false doctrine. They were not to let pagans judge them in "meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holiday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days..."
As a Torah observant believer my family and friends are always trying to change my mind on what to eat and to worship with them on Sunday. I stand my ground because of this verse and I let no one judge me.

Everything will be accomplished with the final judgement when the New Jerusalem comes. Keeping the Sabbath and being Torah observant alone does not mean salvation....You are correct - Salvation is of faith alone....However notice what Yeshua stated that "Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven," I don't want to be in that group. There are rewards in the kingdom. Pearl - We are so privileged to have opened eyes and believe/trust in Messiah who came 2,000 years ago. Through FAITH we are washed in His blood, but from my understanding we are to also observe all of His Commands. He said...."If you love me, keep my commandments". Acts 15:28-29, "It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond these essential requirements. You must abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals, and from sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things".
The contention over the keeping of Sabbath was also addressed by Paul in Romans 14:6, "He who observes a special day does so to the Lord; he who eats does so to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstained does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God".
The reason you guys are clogged in your unproductive religious system is because you are not preaching the resurrected Christ. You elevate Sabbath worship to the same level with the atonement of Christ. That is heresy. Salvation is by faith alone in what Christ has done. Stop leading people astray with your demonic dogmas. I am not against you worshipping God on Saturdays. But don't impute that this gives you a special place with God. It doesn't, otherwise Jesus shed His precious blood in vain.
Preach Christ and Him crucified (1 Corinthians 2:2) and the Holy Spirit will lead the people to all truth. You were not given that responsibility.

Was it intended for them to convince people to observe the Sabbath? Is that what Jesus died for? Is that why He sent the Holy Spirit?
Jesus said in John 15:26, "But when the Advocate comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will bear witness of Me. And you also will bear witness, because you have been with Me from the beginning".
What witness are we and the Holy Spirit bearing of Christ? That He shed His precious blood to atone for the sin of humanity. That He has reconciled us with the Father. Anything you preach outside this parameter is a false gospel. And that is exactly what you and your group are doing.
Satan does not mind how many doctrines we cook up, in fact, he is the author of doctrines of devils like what you and your group are propagating. What satan is afraid of is the preaching of the Good News of the resurrected Christ.

Wow its all starting to makes sense. For some reason I felt that the mark of the beast could be a spiritual mark, and not exactly a physical one. People get so mad when you speak up against their traditions that go against Gods word, or even the things that the Catholic Church has done, or the erroneous things that the pope has said, as though he should have the same authority and power as Christ even to change the word of God which is extremely wrong. We can’t put the traditions of men above the laws of God, and that’s exactly what the pharisees would do. It’s funny that pastor Doug said that many people don’t like him, or won’t shake his hand when they see him. It made me think about that scripture that says in Luke 6:26 -Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
