Ann, I think The paper you are using is absolutely beautiful. What I did with mine is I just use a binder with magnetic sheets, I have lots of them believe me. But I know yours had to turn out most beautiful. Thank you for sharing and taking the time to do so ❤❤❤

Cracker boxes, oatmeal boxes. My Amazon orders are bought with an eye towards repurposing and recycling❗ Love this ! 🙋😷 Nana in se OK usa 😷😷
Hi. Thank you so very much for sharing this brilliant project. It's a stunning result you have there and I do like DIY storage solutions. Great stuff and thanks again.
Lovely Ann. I got my corner thingy from Craftelier and even though plastic it is very very sturdy and thick so you can't cut into it. I have used mine several times and no issues. It also came with a T ruler and 2 spine widths so you get the exact spacing between covers and spine, these are a bit flimsy but they aren't used for cutting with. They all fit nicely in a case which also came with the items. Everything you need for book making. Xx
Hi Ann I have had my dies in binders for years and it works great , but I put mine in plastic sheets from the dollar store and I put them on magnet sheets I order from Amazon So much easier and keeps them so organized.
Beautiful absolutely love the paper and the spine idea. When I've made albums in the past, I usually put Tyvek on the spine and across where it will fold over by about 2" and then if I have to join paper I join it in the middle of the spine. I've found that this tends to be hidden better and doesn't lift at the edges. The tyvek is pretty indestructable and my albums can now be opened and closed as much as I like without having the worry of the paper tearing. Thank you for your tutorial and the new idea of the fixed D Rings!
Tyvek is a great idea. Do you paint it or cover it with paper or anything? I use Tyvek in mixed media but hadn’t considered it for book binding. Does it cause any discoloration? I don’t know if Tyvek is acid free or archival, but then again maybe I do not care much either. What kind of glue do you use with it? I make my art journals out of 8x10 inch canvas board and use canvas (cloth only) for the spine. I typically use student grade 140# watercolor paper for the signatures. I haven’t found a solution for lining the backside of the canvas boards that I am delighted with yet. Thanks to your comment I’m going to try Tyvek on my next journal.
@@rtd1791 Hello sorry I've only just come across your comment. I simply lay the tyvek down on top of my greyboard over the joins on the inside and outside and then cover over with white or black card. Scrapbook paper then goes on top of that. I'm not sure whether its archival quality but it's covered with card so won't actually matter. It really is great stuff and does give the spine joins so much more strength. I made a large album which holds around 200 baby photos and I feel confident when opening and closing the album that it isn't going to fall apart. I hope it works for you!
A brilliant concept and one I intend to copy when I can get my craft space back (moved house in March and its still in boxes). It's totally fine to get a bit befuddled with measurements when you are trying to think ahead and film at the same time :) I couldn't do what you do. Love the paper pad you used and the colours a truly amazing, I love turquoise xx
LOVE your paper!! I love how you punched a decorative edge in the binding, too. I also keep my dies in a binder, and it IS heavy! I may need to stop buying anymore.😏 My individual pages are in the heavy duty plastic sleeves that have holes punched at the edge. That way I can take the sleeves that I need to my work space. I use the magnetic heat vent covers, which covers 1 1/2 of my 10 x 8" pages. We get 3 sheets in a pkg for only $5, so that covers 4 1/2 pages! I mount each page on chipboard. Thanks for sharing your beautiful die binder!
Hello Ann, thank you for sharing this idea. 😊 As a suggestion for a bigger piece of paper. If you have spare wall paper left, it would coordinate with your decor. Thanks again for hard work. 💕
Oh Anne love every project you do you are so very talented in what ever you make and an even bigger thank you for sharing this with everyone 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏☕☕☕☕ Get yourself a brew you deserve one or two or more lol lol xxxx
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you Ann for all the effort and hard work that has gone into the tutorial. I just hope that you get this award. You more than deserve it. As a relatively new crafter I can see the time and patience 💗 that has gone into this project. Also crafting is not about being easy and being quicker. It's about pushing our Crafting a step forward and also enjoying the journey of each project and wonderful to be recycling and saving money. I say this with grace and everyone is entitled to their views and opinions. But I just find it heart breaking when some don't think about what Ann's tutorials are all about. I'm sure I can speak for the collective, that it makes my week watching this lovely ladies channel. Every bodies time is precious 💕 the time this lovely lady gives each week ❤️ Week in and week out. I'm very grateful to Ann 💟🌻 for this. Angel Blessings Lesley 💟

I have hundreds of dies so I will make one for the dies I use all the time. Really pretty. I like making the book covers. Thanks for sharing. I love your videos.
I adore this um going to have a try plus you've given me an idea I'm going to make photo book, cards and matching bookmarks in sets to sell for 15 Stirling using your tutorial for inspiration definitely a storage book first for myself. I love, love it thanks very much
Thanks for sharing how to make the die organizer. Donna with Junk Journal Ideas has a tutorial on how to create your own miter tool . She called it the miter corner jig.
I love this video Ann. You’re so clever. Thank you. That paper you used is beautiful. I have the same pad in 6 x 6 size. I’m struggling to use it because it’s so beautiful. A bit like yourself Ann I find it difficult to use some of my beautiful papers. 😂
Ilike that the rings can be used to pull the binder off the shelf where they are next to each other like books. That is really clever! I'm wondering if using Vinyl instead of paper would make the covers and binding piece last longer? That was beautiful how you used contrasting colors.
Thank you Ann once more for a brilliant video, I am amazed at the beautiful things you do love the idea for dies it will keep them all together in one place.
Mine went in as soon as magazine came out, posted same day! Fingers crossed Anne xx love this binder, so beautiful! Professional and classy looking xx thank you for sharing.
Beautiful! I love your colors! I attach my spines and covers together using Tyvek for strength before I cover them, don't know if you have ever tried that but it works really well.
Pretty brilliant is right! It’s amazing! Thanks so much for your creativity and sharing it with us! Could you give us the link to the corner mitre tool as some of your viewers don’t live in the UK and it might be possible for us to get one shipped to Australia? Thanks for everything.

👸HI Ann, WOW another fab tutorial another fab project I absolutely loved loved love your storage binder I thought it looked so super cool Ann, every shop will be running out of cereal Everybody will want the boxes I have seen the paper pad you used in hobby craft Thanks Ann, for sharing another fab demo looking forward to seeing your next crafty craft demo Lin ❤️👍✨ Hope your little Daisy is doing ok 🐕❤️

Hi Ann this is such a great idea much better than the ones that they sell, I think that they are so flimsy as you can't put too many dies in there coz the plastic sleeves tear. Love it Ann. Thanks again for another great idea xxxx
I absolutely love this project Ann and will be using up all my saved cardboard. I love both Art Glitter glue and Pinflair Bookbinding for my mini's. However, you do need to make sure that you give everything a good coverage with a thin layer of glue right up to the edges and then you burnish, burnish, burnish. This will ensure the glue gets spread out evenly and removes air pockets which over time will lift your card and paper. I just love the papers you used.
Hi Ann i love the binder. when using the glue perhapes use a thickish book or something as a weight to stop the bubbling. for the pages maybe them into a flip book with the rings so you don't need to have the binder/binders on you're craft table just the dies you want to use.
I am currently attempting to make this binder. I love the look. I have a question. Even with scoring the cardstock my cardstock cracked on the spine. How can I avoid the cracking next time?
Christine ( aka, Princess pinflair) says you need to use the bookbinding glue sparingly, put it on and scrape off the excess, hope this helps. Beautiful project 👌❤
