@mario3804 Intake and exhaust modifications require an EFI controller to adjust the air-fuel mixture. If you are just going to change the intake and exhaust on your bike, the Vance & Hines FuelPak is a good choice. It is simple to install and you do not need a computer. If you plan on doing any performance upgrades to your motor such as a big bore kit, head work, and cams, the Power Commander would be a better choice. You can download base map for your bike on their website.
Ordering my third rubber hose on Monday, that is the roughest part of install. My backplate sticks out kinda far and the hose is a pain in the ass to connect to the backplate
I did the same thing. I would go with 10 ft lbs. 16 would be fine if the bolt didn’t have a thru hole and a cross hole in it. Also I would use an inch lb wrench set @ 120 in lbs . Big torque wrench is not only awkward, but not as accurate at low settings.

I ditched it and put the metal crossover tube on mine then put fuel line venting the breathers to the ground
My Harley is carbureted. Should I rejet the carb before installing the new air cleaner?
+eric heggernes I would recommend rejetting, especially if you are doing air cleaner and exhaust

Bought this kit, was torquing breather bolts to the instructions 16ft lbs spec. Snapped it at 15ft lbs. what did I do wrong.

John Holmes More air flow, which combined with a bit more fuel = more power:) Also the ability to clean and re-use the filter.
