if there is a change in the middle of the sprint from the stakeholder like to include a new work (user storie), do I as a scrum master should faciliate the change or avoid it
Scrum says no change in Goal, but change the details can happen, now change in User Story is change in goal or not based on that your approach will come,
Love your videos...however I have one question to add to it...if you are a mentor and leader in a global team, and what is your approach to coaching team members? Can you answer this from your perspective? What else should we do besides natural way of handling
I think its a natural way of handling only with some pointers in mind, I will keep diversity in mind and adopt the approach for different people, I will follow more open conversation and exploration, in case of feedback I will share facts and ask for interpretation before i give mine. I will listen more than tell
