- This updated take on cerebro 3 was performing very well for me. It does quite well against most of the meta due to valkyrie destroying a lot of big things and bast hitting iron man and mystique can just win very easily. Loving this latest take, but I think I'm realizing that Bast and Iron Man is just the nuts.

I've been running a very similar deck to this for the past few months with bast and Adam Warlock and added ironman based on the last video made it even better 👌

Finally unlocked Cerebro last night and ran a list without Bast, and Cerebro is just a fun way to play the game. Not a winning way, but a fun one
I run luke cage and then the only locations that make for an annoyance is wakandan embassy and you can actually leave negative stat locations.
I love C3 so much but I just feel like it needs a card like Brood or Sinister that makes multiple 3 cost bodies to help get those numbers up. Games I don't pull Sentinel feel real bad.
That's kinda the point of bast and Valkyrie. You can make cards that are stupid cheap 3 power
If you have bast, you could try mysterio as bast makes the illusions and the main mysterio 3 power. Helps spread some power across all lanes for cheap. Just a thought

Valkyrie is def a S tier tech card in this meta. Counters shuri and she's still at the point where a lot of people don't own her so she still has somewhat a surprise factor. After being burnt buying She-Hulk and Absorbing man right before they got downgraded pools I'm still too traumatized off of that experience to gamble spending tokens on pool 4 cards
im playing a thanos deck that uses valk and when played against shuri it helps so much
might as well go for Big Bads first

Wow, I've never lost as much as with this deck. Every single match either the locations prohibit me from using the cards or my opponent comes out with all the big cards I can never hope to match. Plus I never draw cerebro/Bast/Valkyrie/Iron Man in one match. Often not even one of them.

Got Bast, but lacking Valkyrie. Picked up Galactus yesterday, should have saved some tokens and gotten Valkyrie instead but oh well.

I've been playing this patriot clutter deck and I climbed from about 38 all the way to 65 and lost a total of 4 games. Deck just works. Super fun

I'm so close to being able to run this, all I need is 800 more collectors tokens for Valkyrie. Though, I'm replacing Adam Warlock with Luke Cage, it makes it so I don't need to use my location disruption on negative power locations and my opponent still has the negatives
I have this deck that got me to infinite which has the same idea as this.
I have bast, antman, quinjet, the hood, angela, bishop, mystique, ironman, moon girl, blue marvel, goose and armor
The goal is to hit ironman, mystique and the hood with bast. Then have an extra im and mystique using moon girl that can be played both on turn 6 because of quinjet.
How to install the tracker? I've been trying for hours. It's so confusing.

For f2p ,by tokens ,which one is best kang or galactus, i think kang is only good just to safe our cube
i think so too. If i have to choose between Galactus Kang or Thanos i probably go with Thanos first cause he seems fun and pretty strong then Galactus and last Kang

i FINALLY hit Infinity rank and it feels soooo good. From 30 rank to 100 rank. It was a struggle, definitely some bad days but thank you so much for these videos! Some decks has helped me and taught me how to play. 🙏🏽

I’m so unhappy with the hot location rn. I just wanna chill and play and i just get tilted with a trash turn 5 play. The location wouldn’t matter if it was turn 3 below. But turn 5 is one of the most important turn imo. I tried playing lockjaw, galactus, and shuri deck and although i won some games, i just ended up with negative cube rate. THE HOT LOCATION IS JUST BAAAAAD

I got rescue in there because a 4-9 is good and can be shang bait! I’ll do rescue turn 4 and depending on what i had played before i’ll do rockslide and black widow or white queen and korg or something like that. I’ll do the smaller card on rescue !

You don’t need Valk, she just helps take out big enemy cards
Luke cage
I'd second Luke Cage. It doesn't replace Valk, but is another card that can mitigate variance (location, debuffs from soul stone or Red skull, ...).
One disadvantage of Luke is that it lacks the offensive potential of Valk

Hey Dekkster, I wonder if you would think about doing a “RUclips game” or 2 where you explain a bit more clearly what you are going for strategy wise. If I have time to watch a few hours of streaming it’s easier to pick up but a bit harder to follow why you made certain choices in game on RUclips. Cheers

Bast fits into a lot more decks I find compared to valk, lots of destroy and bounce type decks use bast and they’re pretty fun
Tbh, this deck doesn't work unless you have both. If you cut one of those, you might as well cut the other, and wasp, and adam, and ironman, and go for a more traditional c3 list.

@@mizarumqo Well, it depends in which other decks you play. I personally love Bast, it is my favorite card, alongside Mr Negative. I use it in my Mr Negative deck, my Beast bounce deck, my Hazmat/Cage deck, my Patriot deck, my Deadpool deck.. I really like that card lol. Valkyrie is an amazing control card as well, and probably better than Bast in a Shuri heavy meta such as this one. It all comes down to personal preference really.
@@mizarumqo I mean, if you want the cards to play C3, I guess you can with only Valkyrie. Valkirie is more important than Bast in this deck, but you should tweek the deck a bit. For example, go Hawkeye instead of Wast. Hawkeye can be played alongside Valk in turn 6, but it can also be played before and get to 3 power on its own. If you are running only Valk, you should also cut Adam for Armor probably (which not only counters destroy archetypes, but you can use it to protect your Hawkeye from Killmonger). You could still play Ironman, or you could replace it for Juggernaut, but if you do that, also replace Rhyno for Scarlet Witch (or else you would be too heavy on the 3 cost cards).

It feels wrong to play C3 without magik. She's such a powerful card, not only becuase you can valk + sentinel on the last turn, but she gives aditional location disruption that is so important in cerebro decks..

Totally agree I made my 95 to 100 infinite push with Galactus Mr negative deck and location would play a Psylocke only on turn 5 with 6 mana with a hand full of 5 and 6 drops I t was a nightmare location.
