you don’t have to block off the stairs, the sensor stops it from falling... also you can use the tape (in the box) to stop it from going places you don’t want, like pet food area etc
It probably would’ve went home properly the first time, if the black grate wasn’t so close to its path. I believe majority of these robots get confused when there’s a black rug, black object, etc in the way, because it thinks it’s going to fall.
Scotts Honest Reviews Lol I’m doing some research on these robots. I’m hoping to get a vacuum to complete our robot army. We have a mopping Roomba we have yet to use, because of the absence of a vacuum. Though I want to get my mom one for Christmas! I believe these guys have the ability to detect “cliffs” so they wont fall, but on the off chance you’re still not 100% about allowing it near the stairs, the magnetic strip tape is what that’s for. Sorry, if I’m reiterating or sharing information you already know, as I’m not finished watching the video. I type comments as I go, so I won’t forget what I’m trying to say 😅 I’m very forgetful.
