I tested positive for HLA-B27 and with vegan lifestyle, I'm symptom-free and medication-free. I don't eat vegan junk food!

I believe she is wrong about Tempeh.. It is pasturized so my understanding is that it is NOT a probiotic. But maybe a good prebiotic. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I want to shake the hand of someone who eats 100 grams of fiber daily. I can only regularly get between 50 and 80 before I tap out (get too full).

I suffered Bacteria in one of my intestines. It hurts so much 😟 can’t keep nothing down… went to the hospital and I’m taking antibiotics. Is NOT always safe to eat out all the time. Making your own food is better you know what you eat.

Great content, though I find the person doing the interview comes across as insincere as if this is the first time he has heard this information. This can leave doubt about what is otherwise great content.

Yeast is also something that causes problems. Everyone keeps talking about nutritional yeast but it too can cause problems plus they add too much vitamins to it. Some people should avoid yeast.

yeast that causes disease is catagorically different to nutritional yeast, they are different species for one. second, nutritional yeast is deactivated yeast and even if it was active, that species doesn't cause disease in humans.

Molly it most certainly is associated to disease. Please go to nutritionfacts.org and search the videos for Hidradenitis Suppurativa as well as Chrone’s Disease. You will see how dietary yeast triggers Chrone’s disease symptoms. The mechanism for action is that there are toxic forms of yeast which have a certain molecular structure whereby the immune system of those individuals chose to respond to. Dietary yeasts are not pathogenic but have the similar molecular structures for that particular immune system response pathway. Hence, the subject individuals for those two established diseases must change their diet and avoid all yeast associated products like bread, alcohol, nutritional yeast. Please make yourself knowledgeable on important health topics before making improper assertions. There could be many more associations besides these two that will be discovered because of yeast. Yeast is biologically more related to bacteria and fungi rather than plants and as such can induce more issues than plants.

I didn't disagree with what you said, I was contributing to your comment thread. You said I made improper assertions when what I said wasn't improper or wrong, please allow me to explain myself and I apologise for the confusion.
Nutritional yeast is a non-active form of fungi and they are non-pathogenic. To be more clear, I said that nutritional yeast can't cause *fungal* disease in general, but in the case for people predisposed to Crohn's disease it can trigger autoimmune diseases.
What you said is akin to claiming peanuts cause fatal anaphylaxis, when that is only true of people with peanut allergies: peanuts are not dangerous except in the case of allergy sufferers. To continue this analogy, you're warning people of the possibility they could suffer from anaphylaxis if they eat peanuts. This may be true for a very small minority of people, but is a misconception of the disease process, and you did a great job of explaining the immune reaction that can occur.
Nutritional yeast does not cause disease as a *pathogen* - even you said it yourself that they are non-pathogenic.
Also to correct your last statement: yeast is the physical form of some fungi, not "related" to it. All yeasts are fungi.

Some people are also allergic so no one is demonizing gluten. Facts are facts so we let people make their own decision.
