Yea I was hoping that Matt was going to play these shows since they are local shows essentially for them but nope. Andrew still killed it though and who knows maybe Matt will come back at some point or perhaps play on a new album? That would be awesome because his blast has a particular bounce to it that really makes that ASP sound.
The bass tone live was awesome, definitely a great fit for ASP. I do miss the sound of mike’s stingray bass, but to be honest who cares, I’m just happy ASP is back!
