Many thanks and glad you liked it :) The only reason this is not a "review" is that we didn't have the products for long enough to call it a review. However, at least with the tripod, we are very familiar with the other 1 series tripods from Gitzo so we more or less know what to expect from this one (although as we noted there are some important changes - some good - like the new leg angle mechanism, some we like a little less from an operational point of view like the decreased friction due to the use of metal in the twist locks instead of rubber).
