I just did them. 1/2 wheat. 1/2 white I added vanilla, a pinch of nutmeg Two mashed bananas We made about 10 pancakes. Ate them all. My picky son had two. Made with 100% chicken sausage All gone. This is my go to
Recipe Dry ingredients : Whole wheat flour 1 cup Baking soda 1/4 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp Mix Wet ingredients: Butter 2 tbsp Milk 1 cup Egg 1 Mix Combine dry and wet ingredients Don’t blend it too much, keep it a lil chunky to have fluffy pancakes
Why not give it a try ! Cooking is all about trial and error ❤ Note: don't use Extra virgin olive oil (heating point is very low) use virgin grade ❤ Good luck 🤞

I never thought of putting salt on pancakes, normaly I just do sugar for seasoning and sometimes I do bananas or chocolate chips.
Powdered sugar not salt.
I just did them.
1/2 wheat.
1/2 white
