Fast, versatile - and easy to use: Our new IPC control
The right mode for every need! Our new IPC control for hose crimpers offers three main options to improve efficiency. Individual pieces can be made quickly in workshop mode. In the two production modes - one via crimp size and one via pressure - further settings such as holding time, opening diameter and preset counter are available. Machine switch-off time depends on the selected process. Need to determine the quality of a workpiece based on its outside diameter? Use the crimp size mode; the crimper switches off when the specified crimping dimension is reached. Only able to evaluate your component based on the force input? Use the pressure mode, in which the switch off is controlled by the crimp force. Practical: Once the crimp diameter and correction value have been entered, the control automatically selects the appropriate jaw size, regardless of the mode. If the jaw size differs from the one used previously, the optimal UNIFLEX jaw size for the new application will be suggested.
Good to know: Each of our plug-and-play IPC controls is compatible with any UNIFLEX device that allows use of such control.
