Its extra-large, robuste test chamber holds larger hoses, supported by an insert workbench and optional quick releases, just as easily as a complete Euro pallet or hose reel. This allows you to test your test pieces safely and without endangering your employees, even under high test pressure (up to 4500 bar, 65250 psi).
Due to the large flow rate of 12.5 l/min, testing is done quickly, even for large samples.
As standard, the test bench has a plug-in adapter up to 1500 bar (21750 psi). As standard, it delivers a test from 150 to 1500 bar (2175 to 21750 psi); as an option, it can also be used with low pressure from 20 to 1500 bar (290 to 21750 psi). and high pressure from 150 to 4500 bar (21750 to 65250 psi).
To work faster, you can choose a quick clamping system. Another recommended option for the P 320 is the UPP protocol or the IPC, an industrial Siemens PC with 12" touch panel and full IoT connection.
