Can’t wait to see it in full mud truck form. Haven’t seen anyone make a bronco mud truck yet but it should look awesome, could even get a clear bronco body and do a custom paint job
That’s great. I did that with one of my TRX4s. Even with a 9 tooth it’s crazy. I have wheel extensions on all my crawlers. Sure reduces the rollovers. That setup makes an awesome basher. I love the jumps.
Nice upgrade! But, I just realized that this motor / ESC combo wont do well with slower crawling. Mainly because the ESC does not have the programming features for it. So, I am wondering if the Hobbywing brushless setup and ESC maybe a better choice, just a few bucks more and will offer the best of both worlds?
Was that just the traxxas 3s lipo? I want to do that to my blue trx4 defender I bought the motor and ESC I still have to get the battery but I’ve been trying to find videos of people that have done this
Hey man, cool video, thanks for that! How did you lock rear diff instead of front? It looks great. Do you think it would make sense to do something similar in any other AWD car to emulate that Rear Wheel Drive drifty behavior?
I have the traxxas link in the controller. You just reverse the 5th and 4th servos in the app. You can also do it with out the link, but you have to navigate the controller set menu with the instruction book.
That's insane brother, never dawned on me, using a velenion system, for a mudding truck I'll bet it will work great, new idea for sure! Ya think the drive train will hold up?? I would be curious to know after ya give it a honest few runs through her! Good stuff as always brother
It holds the power quite well as well as you aren’t getting the tires locked up against the terrain. I did this with mine and it was quite fun, I highly recommend going with a sensored combo though, with sensorless it’s unusable at crawling speeds
@@outsourcedrc If you would have used the proper wire in the kit, you'd get FULL functionality AND be able to control all those lights with toggle switches within the Traxxas link App!
Haha nice, bashing the crawler bronco! 😄😁
That's crazy 🤪😳 fast bud brilliant 👏👍

Awesome RC and great run, cool video
AND another traxxas😂😂😂🤷♂️ great video though im actualy thinking on getting a crawler, maybe an axial or the cen f150🔥
Hey good to see u,more videos more fun, good weather coming 😀
That jumping part is my favorite OwO

How did you get that onboard footage looking soo good ? Whats your onboard camera ?
Thanks for the good videos, always brings a smile to my face. Good stuff!
I've learned these TRX4s are pretty tough when it comes to a crawler. How has it help up this past year with that setup?

Excellent video!!!
Take it off your ramps!
I had thought about it.

yes it is a 5000 mah 3s Traxxas Lipo
@@outsourcedrc jeez ok thats fast i subbed to ya, interested to see where this goes
hahahah i have the same idea!!!! welll... 2 years later ..how did it crawl? was that with a 2s lipo or a 3 s? thanks i enjoyed the video

Swap the front and rear locker servos

The instructions only say about reversing ch1 and 2, but if you actually try you can do that with ch4 and 5 as well. Sweet!

There are a lot of aftermarket/options part to make the driveline stronger if needed
I actually have several drive train upgrades to put in to make it stronger.
Love your videos dude. I put a hobbywing fusion in my sport and with the second gear added it’s peppy
I bet. I'm surprised at how easy it is controlled at the higher speeds.
So cool man
Little ripper!
Nice video, how did you make the light system works? How did you connect the wires?
Just the way you are supposed to. You just don't have turn signals anymore.

Did you use a sensored system
Nope. I’m not going to be crawling with it after I’m finished
El piñón que lleva es de 11 dientes
Smh
You bought a crawler to crawl. So why make it fast. Why not just buy a Maxx.
I think you missed the point.
I have a Maxx. I’m turning this into a mug truck that’s lifted. I’m putting the lift kit on it
