No joke, the Avova Playlist was the first one I did and I already see improvements on the precision flicks. I can't wait to keep doing more of this place range training.
This video honestly is amazing, No sugar coating just straight to the point facts. Explains aim training in a way that newer players and even seasoned vets will be able to work with. The document you posted also is super well detailed and thorough keep up the good work!
Wow this video is near perfect, fast and clear, important nuances are explained, 2 minutes in and this is already one of my favorite videos I'd recommend to any new aim trainer.
I want to add 85% accuracy is the optimal balance between speed and precision. There's quite a few studies that show to optimal error rate for learning is ~15%, and all good aimers also follow this rule, consciously or subconsciously, notice that OP also has 85% in ra headclick.
I love it when a small content creator makes a banger video like this I would’ve thought you had at least 100k subs with how well edited and informative the video was earned a sub!
I don't think you’ll see this comment but, I was hard stuck bronze, and did your 15'-20' practice every day for a month and it work, now I'm gold 3 now. Keep it up.!!!
Been watching your videos for a while and I’ve consistently imrpoved at the game I even play with a diamond ascendant team while only peeking plat 3 thank you for the confidence
Dude, thank you so much for having everything laid out. I have searched up this same type of thing where it's like, 'how to aim better' and all of that. None of those videos were as neatly laid out as this one.
love the video! i especially love the dm tips, been focusing on my movement and crosshair placement in dm now and can already see results! i feel like a mechanical demon >:D
This is the exact video I need, except I don't need 3 mins of you catering to the people that don't know what practice means. I just need an activity I can sink my time into to get better at valorant.
For real, anyone who had good csgo aim, had good aim in other games. Valorant is another game that makes your aim better than other video games can. So when you change games you automatically become better in them.
when it comes to looking at crosshair/enemy it rly depends on people but most ppl benefit the most from looking at the crosshair, u may try both because in the end something else may work for other people i say this as a gm in voltaic
I've been playing valorant for 3 acts, and just aim training with aimlabs doing random stuff has helped immensely. Any practice shows improvement, but good practice shows efficiency. During act 7 pt 2 I started and had a hs % of 12%. Next act I had a hs % of 17.5. This act I have a hs % of 23.
i just want to add something, training from slower pace in aimlab not just for ur accuracy alone, but also to train your fingers to get used to pressing your mouse button right on the target when you move the mouse, sometimes I often see people in bronze and iron firing before their crosshair reach the target
The part about sticking with one sens, prolly relates to "muscle memory" on which the Voltaic community has a whole article why it's a myth rather than a fact. So changing sensitivities might help you break a platou (might be misspelled)
From what I read some years ago is that using a wireless mouse actually adds lag between input and output, because it is supposed to be slower transfer speed of information if it's not in the wire. I'm not sure if that has changed now, maybe new-gen mice are as good now, but I still believe people use just regular mice with some way to restrict the movement of the wire.
this video is so well said all the other ones i saw were so vague ty so much i actually ranked up from bronze to silver maybe not so much to u but at least i can play with my gold friends now!
You dont need a 144z monitor and your mousepad depends on sens. But a good mouse is crucial because of the better sensors and stuff to eliminate skipping or the mouse not registering fast movement
@@LuCish kind of but not rly. Like if you can get 144hz you really should. Above that isn’t super necessary but the difference between 60 and 144 is very noticeable and factually makes you do worse. There are some studies and some videos put out recently researching it and you perform clearly worse on 60. It’s not that much more expensive to get 144 nowadays anyway
@@tekiii1 Yea you're right, but you can still get better without a 144hz monitor. If someone were planning to get a monitor it would definitely be better to get a 144hz monitor. If they already have a 60hz monitor, they'll be fine with that.
i had a bad day today(sheriff only) went so bad almost quit valorant but ik i had great games before too its just that this week is not toing good so i watched ur vid and this makes me feel a little confident for tommorow
Rly need a guide like this to get out of Ascendant and rank up to Immortal. My main issue is consistency, sometimes I'm insane making plays, sometimes I'm a doo-doo missing the simplest things and thinking back about them when trying to go to sleep 😂
RUclips randomly put this video in my recommendation, excellent video brother, I do my own aim routine in Kovaaks, then I usually do pract range for a few minutes, hit 1-3 dms (first being guardian only, the second one is guardian only again if I was not happy with my performance on the first match, and, the third one is Vandal only) after that I que comp and play kovaaks while in Que (this includes selecting my agent and then I’ll once again tab back into kovaaks until my match in-game starts.
@@DreamWellYT Thanks for the great video, another pointer I’d like to give/tell is depending on what type of aim you are not so good at (in my case, I am very accurate with my wrist, I can run 1000+ edpi and be accurate. But I believe running “only wrist aim or only arm aim” is bad for your health. So I choose to use fast sens, but I still utilize my arm for 180s/360s/large flicks, long tracking, ect.) anyway, train your aim at 2x your sensitivity if you lack wrist aim precision to get better wrist aim quickly, and train at slower speeds if you lack precise arm aim/stopping power or overall arm flick speed). To summarize if you play on a 30 cm 360 (I play on a 29cm 360) if you are worse with your wrist than you are with your arm, you would Aim Train on a 15 cm 360. If you lack arm aim, but you have much better wrist aim. Aim Train on a 60 cm 360.
Okay, so. I recently got a pen to play fps games and am actually doing okay but want to get better (as most gamers do ya know) and I think this is actually what I'll use to see how much I can improve
I have no idea about pen gaming cause I’ve never tried it. But one thing stays the same. You have to do a lot of practice and stay consistent to see progress in anything you do.
I feel like it wouldn’t be fair to not mention how important those were for me to get better aim. It may not be for everyone but I think it gives a big advantage.
You dont need all that my man. Play something like APEX/The Finals, Deathmatch on Valorant and Gridshot Ultimate for precision for 1-2h a day. Its enough.
Now its my time to go from 12 to 35 hs% loved the video, and its gonna help me out sm! One question tho, is it okay to switch up your warmup everyday or should you try to do one for a perriod. So for example only do v1 for two weeks and then v2 for two weeks etc, or is it okay to do one day v1 the next v2 the next v3 etc. (Ps, now that this video is done are you gonna stream again?)

there should be a setting that turns off seeing your score bc i know it’s not what you should work towards but something about seeing that number just makes me want to try to get a higher score 😅
I totally agree. It’s really hard to do but the scores just don’t matter. Sometimes I’ll have bad scores in aimlabs but then play well in Val and other times I’ll have good scores in aimlabs but play bad in Val. So just focus on consistent practice.
i have a 60hz monitor and i dont do aimlabs but im doing fine so far. i used to panic shoot alot. so i hop into deathmatch maybe 2 times before playing comp first one just tracking with a guardian second one shooting with a guardian but taking my time to aim while practicing movement. after a comp game i do this again to calm down after or watch something funny for a min then hop onto practice range to practice spray control then dm or tdm them comp again. ngl i dont even notice how im hitting heads and hitting crazy flicks i just do it
If you lowered to 300 dpi you would lose all your muscle memory. By the way the ingame dpi is done by multiplying your mouse dpi by in game sense. For you that’s 900*0.36 = 324. So you have an ingame dpi of 324. You don’t need to change anything. Practice matters most.
