Warith Deen wants Christians to stay in church

In his 2007 Saviour's Day address Warith Deen wishes no Christians were listening to his speech so they can remain in the church.
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was diligent in inviting non-Muslims to embrace Islam. And he encouraged us to invite non-Muslims to embrace Islam. He said: “I swear by Allah, it will be better for you that Allah should guide one man through your hands than that you should acquire the red camels. (Bukhari)

Read the life of Prophet Muhammad if you have an issue with this comment. Islam and Christianity have lived side by side for centuries. Prophet Muhammad allowed the Christians to pray in the masjid. The first migration of Muslims was to a christian nation where they were protected. Read the history of islam.

Respectfully my brother, Muslims are commanded to invite Christians and all non-Muslims to Islam.
Read the Quran: "Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah" Sura 3 verse 64
Allah says: "And whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers" Sur 3 verse 85
