原料 ingredients
高筋面粉 bread flour 320g
酵母 dry yeast 6g
牛奶 milk 200g
鸡蛋 egg 1
软化的无盐黄油 softened unsalted butter 40g
糖 sugar 30g (50g for other people)
盐 salt 1g
巧克力酱 nutella 90g 每层30g
预热到350ºF(180ºC) 的烤箱烤大约20分钟
in a pre-heated oven, bake at 350ºF(180ºC) for ~20 minutes
