1.24.40: Install the plugin Hotel Booking Styles from Motopress. Then go to Accommodation > Settings > Extensions > Styles. Copy is-style-horizontal-form and past it in the custom class in the search availability form. Nice tutorial!

EDIT 5th May 2020: Happy people, it's unfortunate that I've had to remove the demo files for download as it came to my realisation that once you restore the demo site, automatically the Hotel booking plugin is installed. This goes against the terms as I appear like i'm redistributing the plugin. Kindly try your best and start from scratch after purchasing the plugin from MotoPress. My apologies 🙏

There is no desktop nor mobile application to manage bookings at the moment. We have this feature on our list so perhaps it would become possible in the future.

Hi, it's me again. I have almost ready my website but I'm looking for the answer to a few questions. The rooms in a Villa but there is no place for descriptions or images of Villa nor common areas, like a lounge, kitchen, playroom, and so on. Another question is regarding fonts. I would like to have a max. 2 fonts, so far I have such a mess with it and can not find a place for changing it Globally. Also, I have a restriction regarding minimum days but is not working since I'm able to make a reservation for 2 days at the time when is min 6 nights required. Hi Jula, Thanks for your questions
1. the accommodations are units of accommodation types and they are used on the back-end only to form the availability of the accommodation type. If you wish to let the guests select each property separately you should add each property as an accommodation type where you may add pictures, description, etc.
2. The fonts depend on your theme. If the theme does not offer typography settings then you may install a third-party plugin to add and apply various fonts.
3. The bookings rules for minimum stay can be configured via Bookings > Bookings rules. Make sure the season you apply the booking rule for is used in the rate of the property.
Is it possible to connect this plugin with Booking.com and airbnb.com?
Yes, it is. You should just check your booking.com account and learn if it allows you to import and export booking in ical format since they have some restrictions for properties with more than 1 unit and an account that uses the channel manager tool to sync between OTAs.

Elementor pro is not included on your Bluehost subscription. You need a domain and hosting to get your website on the internet.

@@faviomarcelogiorgiodata4684 The hotel booking plugin supports the import and export of bookings in iCal format. So each platform provides an iCal URL that should be used in another channel and so each channel imports bookings from each other.
How can we get an email from Gmail SMTP rather than in WP admin when someone one book room on the website?
You may set up SMTP on your site using a third-party plugin and all the emails that are sent from your site will be delivered by your SMTP configuration.

You can manage cancellations with wordpress. You go to your bookings and manage the booking.
To refund the payment, you mark it on that specific booking, then issue the refund via the payment gateway you're using say Stripe or Paypal.
Edit:
To get the payment, make sure that for a booking to be confirmed, they should have made the payment. That means even if they don't show up, you already received the payment in your bank.

How will you do if a hotel :
1. needs to have 3 acommodation types (appart from double,triple and quadruple) : only bed, bed and breakfast and bed+breakfast + dinner. one price for adults and other for childen.
2. So the price changes in the combination of these 3 accomodation types and adults or children.

You may upload image of any size you wish. Though we'd recommend uploading images of the same aspect ratio and orientation to make the galleries look perfectly.
How can we get email when someone one books room in website
Make sure email delivery is configured on your server side. Otherwise, set up SMTP on your site for more secure and better email delivery
Brother is awebooking provide free email service that is provided by pligin that u are using in your hotel booking

Why aren't the accommondation type rooms avaliable to edit with elementor? I have one BOMB look on the home page, and when i click check availability it takes me to the most plain and ugly theme site :D
It's possible to create accommodation type layout with elementor. Make sure you install the hotel booking elementor integration. Then use the accommodation type widget from the widgets area.
How to create a Bookings, Checkout and Terms page in Awebooking
i) create a page called search page or bookings page (no need to add any content)
ii) create a page called checkout (no need to add any content)
iii) create the terms page (add content)
If your want to add a side search widget like in the tutorial, go to Appearance>Widgets
For the main siderbar, Add the Awebooking check Availability widget (select layout to be vertical), then save.
Then go to Awebooking > Settings
Scroll down to the pages section
1) Assign the Availability page to your created search/bookings page (click on drop down)
2) Assign the Checkout to your created checkout page
3) Assign the Terms & Conditions to your created Terms Page with content
Then save changes. Test your booking engine.
PS: I advise that you create your new hotel booking website following the new tutorial I created ruclips.net/video/iJ6hHsxAXBo/видео.html with all the steps. Awebooking plugin has NOT been updated for more than a year and I would highly advise NOT to use it. Instead use the new tutorial with Motopress hotel booking.
