It's a very good question. Look, many US companies have 1 or 2 local developers and 30-50 devs in India, Ukraine, Poland and other countries. But they look like a local US company. Many Ukrainian companies have expanded to Poland and have their child companies out there to sell their services to the EU with EU rates. And many Polish companies also, decided to reduce expenditures and create dev pool in Ukraine instead of Poland. So, I would say that language doesn't matter because all business communication is in English.
i have a client with a wordpress theme installed and asking about creating a platform like this . can wordpress work ? with no code options to build in tenant and agent functions ?
Ukraine devs have strong math background and they are troubleshooters not sure that it's so easy to find high quality in other countries. Also, cheaper doesn't mean good quality
