Today I'm going to show you how to build a hotel booking website.
During this long tutorial, you're going to discover a single plugin that allows you to:
create any accommodation type you need
add upsells for unlimited services
sync with TripAdvisor, AirBnB and more OTAs (online travel agencies)
accept payments online (or just deposits)
is translation ready
allows you to set different prices for different seasons (high and low season for example)
allows variable pricing for different numbers of people booking a single accommodation
works with Elementor and Divi, and much more.

GREAT Vid - Thank you so much! Just started with it but when I add (for example) Single Accommodation it goes in with dreadful fonts by default and Elementor doesn't seem to have anywhere to modify these, whereas it normally does. Am I missing something? Please help

Your tutorial was great and very clear, However after downloading this plugin and upgrading to the premium version I found it to be mediocre at best. It relies on other plugins to function correctly which only adds to the already expensive price tag. The admin panel is far too complex if you are thinking of handing this over to a client, and the front end design would struggle to look up to date in 1995. The support was non existent, and tickets were constantly closed without any response. Wasted 3 weeks trying to give this plugin the benefit of the doubt but in the end was forced to give up and look elsewhere.

Thanks for sharing your experience. That was my experience when I worked them, but my last project with this plugin was over a year ago. That wouldnt affect the outdated dashboard, but the support was great back then. Something my have changed over there :(

Can you show how to link to AirBnB/Booking as an affiliate?
I am not sure but I think plugins like the yith bookings plugin, the WooCommerce plugin and the motopress plugin offer this feature. I am not sure so you have to research before.
How to add "Search Destinations" on the search availability??

I did publish the pages that comes whit the Moto pages plugin, because a just copied you. A did set, in general setting, the page on No-index. Do I stil get problems whit google index?

Hi Fermette, it's a great plugin for sure. Pretty much anything is possible :)
For the services, do you want to create a list of services, but not have them clickable. Is that correct?
@@wplearninglab Yes, that's what I wish. The services are visible and guest can click on them. But after clicking on them, you just see a page with a picture of the location where the services is available . Exemple, Wifi.... you click on it and you arrive on a page/post with just say Wifi and a picture of the location. Question; is it possible to make this un-clickable. Excuse me for my English, I am not English .;)

One question to ask - can this plugin support multiple booking?
I checked quite a few booking tools and found out that it always asks the user to proceed to checkout after completing a booking. I wonder if this plugin can support to let user to continue the 2nd booking and so on, after the first booking, and let user decide when to proceed to the checkout step?
what about the create a marketplace, a booking site clone for hotels using thes kind of plugin, what do you think?

Thank you for that awesome video! may i also ask, what if i have 10 standard rooms and 10 Family Rooms, can that plug ins accomodate that? so when checking availability it will only mark as red if i have 10 confirmed bookings on the same date? is that possible on that plug in? thanks in advance!!!
I wonder if is any way to connect the calendar from the website to the computer and mobile phone. Many reservations are made over the phone and need to be quickly recorded. Especially at a busy time so we do not have over booking. I'm searching all over and can not find the answer. The second question is how to get a booking button for FaceBook or Google. Thank you
First, thanks for this tutorial. I already settled up accommodation types, seasons, rates, accommodations, booking rules,etc. But when i'm trying to search, the results pages is not showing any result. Also on the accommodations page detail, the calendar is not working. Any ideas?

Hi, I have question how to set up website for Two Houses each one with rooms to rent. Location is in the same City and the same area just few feet away. I got stack on this subject. I have already separate two lists of all rooms divided. Also search option for each Property. Only showing house and it's description is one. Any idea? Will appreciate your help. Thanks

Hi Gerelsukh,
There could be a number of reasons that happens. First I would make sure all your plugins, your theme and your WP core files are up-to-date. Sometimes out-of-date things on your site can have all sorts of weird implications. It can even be a plugin that's not related to the Hotel Booking plugin that's causing the problem.
I would also make sure the availability dates are set appropriately.
Hi, Make sure you have added season(s) for the period your search and you used that season(s) in the Rates for accommodation type you want to rent out. If there is no rate with a valid season - the accommodation is unavailable. I'd also recommend checking if you have not blocked the accommodations via Bookings > Booking Rules
@@MotoPressPlugins I still can't get my calendar on home page to be horizontal, did I do the CSS correct. I followed all the steps. It is just a box on the left and wont stretch.
Hi Bjorn, fantastic tuto !! I saw you deal well with the code. Would it be possible to pay you to modify some stuff in this plugin : actually, I would need 1 accomodation = 1 paypal account, and each accomodation may choose its own prefered payment system ? If you don't do that kind of job, do you know where I could find a developer to do that and if it is allowed of course ? Many thanks ^^

Without taking a look at the website, there isn't much I can do.
Did not work for me! my Calendar check out wont go beyond April..strange and always the error unavailable..checked rules categories and all..maybe interfering with woo commerce or plugins. Room Availability ticked off disabled. :/

The page looks fine on the PC, but what with phones and tablets?
I've checked it and some of elements just don't fit. For example search area - the position of each elements is different than another. Probably you should set the CSS style based on display size.
I will try to set it by my own.
But I have different question. You created different categories. In your case it is different cities. If you click on some category it will show the new webpage with all the properties within this category. My question is, how to edit this page in elementor? The page don't exist in "Pages" section, so probably it is generated somehow. How to control this generated pages?

It looks like you have changed the link or removed the page of the search results or checkout pages. Please add the Search results page with shortcode [mphb_search_results] and Checkout Page with shortcode [mphb_checkout]. Then selected these pages via Accommodation > Settings

@@wplearninglab No, when I test it, i enter all personal information then when you think you're going to the pay page, it just says "you are confirmed:" and I get an email saying I am confirmed but no mention of paying.

Is there option for login or sign up option for every guest ? They can check there own dashboard for booking details.
At the moment the reservations are made without authorization. We have this feature in our to-do lits and we'll do our best to add gust accounts later. Thanks for your feedback.

Hi Oscar, you may use MotoPress Hotel Booking as long as you need. After a year the support and updates won't be available and if you want to receive them the license may be renewed for the half price.
Hi, Im an airbnb host and Im setting up my wp page as if were an airbnb page, my total accommodation capacity is 4, and i see "Adult" and "Children" section, what amount should I place in each one? on the other hand, if I want to increase the price after 2 guests, how can i do it? Thanks.
We have released a Total Capacity feature recently so you may indicate total capacity 4 Adults 4 and Children 3. It means your property can host 3 adults + 1 child, 2 adults and 2 children, 1 adult and 3 children, etc. It is possible to add different prices per each capacity combination using variable pricing.
Does anyone have any idea why booking made through my website don't show on my dashboard? If I create a booking from the Visit Site link in my dashboard, it shows under All Bookings.
