- In this video I'm testing popular games on a 10 year old laptop with a couple of Nvidia GeForce GT 750M graphics cards in SLI, an i7 4700MQ and 16GB of DDR3 RAM!
10 of the games are older titles to showcase the SLI performance.
5 of the games are newer titles to see how it's doing in 2023 (no SLI support on those).

It's amazing that I came across this video because... I had this laptop! It was actually the start of my PC gaming journey, in 2013! I was only 9 at the time, used it until I was 13. I remember playing on it a lot, it's cool to see how it would perform 10 years later.
Thats a badass laptop for a 9 year old to have. I had one with 765m in college.
oh wow, having this in 2013 as a 9 year old was probably your biggest flex
@@GameOver-nm2us just kid with the biggest house on the block things
wasn't his flext he was just a spoiled kid@@GameOver-nm2us
I've only had laptops with integrated graphics until super recently, they were all soldiers that have carried me through many games (mainly Minecraft so that's not really that hard to run) and a recent addition to my arsenal is a pristine Tuf A16 with a RX 7600M :) I'd love to have something like that lenovo tho. Looks like a monster.
21:18 yes we want more videos on SLI , like trying or different games and disabling the second gpu
Yah
Quite impressive considering the age
How much money it was…
PS4 too 10year old it can handle RDR2, farcry 5 verywell
@@thorru3638 ps4 way better than 750ti, 750ti cant handle RDR2, warzone, apex legends, god of war 2018, ac origin, odyssey, valhalla etc.. but base ps4 with 500gb SATA SSD do magic
Yea but they optimized this games way better on ps4 than on pc@@thorru3638
that is what she said
Bro I can't stop binging your videos heck I am them whole falling asleep keep my heart warm with gaming 😴
Would like to see more from „testing Gaming Laptops“ great video!
Thanks, will do! Already got another one lined up ;)
It would be really nice to see the 750m test too! Thanks for another great video
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! I'll make that happen :)
I really loved this video , wish i could see more sli laptop test videos
Ahhhh Yes! This Type of content I've been waiting for
Bro i still have this laptop and i still use it to this day! I can't believe you made a video on it! It was an absolute pleasure to watch
Hi how do you have it set up? I have the same but the previous owner had a ~256 gb ssd inside and a 1tb hdd in the bay. I dont use the graphics card as the hdd is in use and thats where my games are. Im curious what u have
this is so cool! i always wanted to have an SLI laptop 😄
this video make me remember my first laptop with GT740M so much 😊
good video as always , keep it up buddy
Bro I was just looking through my feed and when I saw this video, I realized that that laptop has the EXACT same wallpaper as mine! Crazy coincidence to match up with one of the best RUclipsrs ever.
I'd love to see you get your hands on one of those old titan laptops with the dual gtx 1080 in sli.
That Phew for Next Benchmark is Amazing ;p
I used to run crysis 3 maxed out against my laptops best wishes back in the day on just one of these bad boys. Damn thing sounded louder than a jet and was hotter than a griddle but we got there (at a very inconsistent 30 fps) at the cursed 768p lmao. Thanks for another great trip back in gpu history!
more laptop videos please, it's interesting to see how the old hardware performs
P.S AMAZING VIDEO! like always!
Glad you liked it! I got another beast laptop already, just waiting for a replacement fan to arrive because the CPU fan is dead :)
It has a GTX 780M 😃
Holy crap that’s some crazy specs😮
It was great once upon a time!
@@zWORMzGaming yeah man I wish I had a computer like this as a kid :(
Wow, its was my 1st ever gaming laptop back on 2013. Still remember how good was back in the day.
What an awesome laptop you manage to Benchmark.
27:07 that transition was amazing. If you go to a menu of cyberpunk and go back, you will end up appearing in RDR 2 xD. It was almost like ''that'' scene from Skyrim in beginning of the game!
Love your vids 👍
I still have my msi laptop from 2013 with a i7 4700hq and GTX 765m. It was my streaming computer for along time and now works great for my kids to play esports games and fortnight.
I was testing my old laptop that I just upgraded from that has an i7-4700MQ, 8GB and a GTX 765M
What perfect timing
That's some exotic piece of hardware
Whoo look at that monitor bezzel that's thick
Hey bro i really appreciate how much effort you put into this video.. it was really helpful to me thanks bro 🙏🏻👍🏻
I never knew laptops had SLI. Dual graphics was common but it was usually an iGPU like an Intel HD coupled with a more proper GPU but I have never heard of SLI in a laptop before. Considering I’ve always been a desktop gamer it’s not surprising I never knew that I guess.
lol wait until you find dual gtx 1080's on a laptop
@@parmjeetsingh2857didn’t thay have some 20 series sli laptops I think I remember that
Lol I found this video as I dusted off this exact same laptop in preparation for s business trip. I got it as a sophomore in college and I'm almost 31 now. I'm really amazed how long its lasted.
this video lead me to find another SLI laptop, the Alienware 18!
I came across one being sold online for around $320 with the I7-4900MQ and dual GTX 780Ms totaling 8gbs of VRAM. My first reaction was "hell yea cheap performance", then I quickly remembered how old SLI is.
Amazing video❤❤
Thank you!!
I nearly got this laptop back in the day haha. The most convenient thing about it nowadays is that if one GPU fails, you can always use the other!
SLi/CFX was awsome in the past. I had a laptop with dual HD 4850m in 2009. The laptop was a beast
SLI: the most graphical method of two timing
Or crossfire. You decide. Crossfire allows a literal harem.
Assassin's Creed: Black Flag was the game I got with my PS4 at the midnight launch. It's sooooooo damn good!
I remember owning a laptop with a single 750m. It carried me really well from 2013 to 2016 when I got a 980ti and i5 6600k pc.
My mom bought me this laptop in 2013. I miss it as i don't have it anymore. I always look on the internet for people who may sell it used. I wish i could have it back. So many good memories. :(
Wow that looks so amazing, this is monster in laptop in 2013
Yeaaa bro finally the SUNDAY video
That's quite impressive design for a gaming laptop that old.
The Dog touching the laptop in beginning😂😂
I have the exact one till this day
Hi Kryzzp, hope you're doing great. Those are some crazy components for a 2013 laptop! I'd like to see you testing something like Mortal Kombat X or 11 on old laptops or PC's, maybe 1 on some kinda newer GPUs. But I understand that they're kinda light and easy to run in higher hardware.
sadly he only plays really popular titles, i asked him to play ratchet and clank rift apart and he said he isint cuz the game only had 10k players at launch and 2k players at the time i asked
@@Nomidy yup, anyways, there are other channels to found benchmarks, but it would be funny to see the benchmark with kryzzp
You do realise he has to buy the games he benchmarks right?
I always find it rude when people ask him to test game x on hardware x.
Do people really think he owns everything?
And its not that he only plays popular games, he only benchmarks titles that are popular enough to attract new viewers.
The fact that all this isn't blatantly obvious amazes me.
Even a simpleton should be able to understand these things without being told, yet for some bizarre reason its beyond many of his viewers to grasp.
@@beezle1976 like no shit i know this, all i said was sadly he dosint, i understand more than you would ever know lil bro, like obviously he dosint own every game and he has to buy every game
@@beezle1976 Bro, obviously i know it. But he earns money to spend obviously on his necesities, but also in what keeps the channel alive, that means that he spend some of it on games and gpus. I'm obviously not saying that hes gotta buy everything i want and do everything i say because its stupid to think and say so. And also, I never said it to him on a rude or bad manner.
I wanted one of these laptops so bad back then
Me too!!
Superb 🥰
I would love to see more gt750m videos I got an imac with gt755m for 90 bucks and am trying to see what it could do on windows
It is still very impressive that the finals can let you play with 30fps!
Early
Thinking of getting an rtx 4070 pc by Christmas or early next year 🙌
Interesting video
Your dog issoooo cute 🥰🐶Kryzzp and Digimoon😇👍
Sweet!
Keep review more old gaming laptop please pre 2018 gaming laptop was so underrated, thank you
Got a GTX 780M laptop waiting for a fan to replace, and a GTX 1060 laptop in the mail :)
Hello Kryzz, I am your new subscriber! Great videos!
Welcome aboard! Thank you 😃
My pleasure! Keep up the good work!@@zWORMzGaming
OMG i my first gaming laptop and I still have it. still working with max out ram, CPU and SSD.
I had this exact same laptop back in the day. It was a beast of a machine for its price.
Unfortunately since SLI is dead and has been dead for quite a few years, and no more driver support, the laptop isn't really worth buying used anymore imo.
My ex had this laptop. . I still remember discovering the 2nd GPU! The drivers needed an update and SLI was disabled!! It ran Rainbow Six Siege really well, Fallout 4 not so much. She mainly played the Sims.
It died when she fell asleep watching TV and spilled soda on it. The 2nd GPU is removable as well as the processor! I parted it out for a few hundred bucks :)
Kryzzp check out the ASUS G55VW it is from 2012 and it is amazing for today's standards!
Amazing video btw and i want you to make more videos with old laptops!
I have a laptop with extremely similar specs, just the gpu isn’t, I have a gt 740m, and atm is my main pc… greetings from Portugal my friend
bro there are fsr3 mods out there which works for many games.. it'd be really awesome to see you test them.
SLI in a laptop? I can only imagine how hot it must get 😂
I think the shared Vram is what killed SLI and CrossfireX. Games require more and more Vram with a wider memory bus to work well- and the last thing you want is to have to move that 4-8 GB of Vram between two cards across a comparably molasses slow interface. If they could have figured out a way to make it work where both cards use their own Vram versus sharing one card's Vram, it could still be viable.
Has nigh on zero to do with a gpus memory bus width.
Data is still transferred at full width, higher than a single cards width actually.
12:47 - Frame time graph is also like this in Dying Light 2 which is nice, the game is really smooth.
They know how to optimize their games :)
@@zWORMzGaming Hope they add FSR 3 in DL2 soon.
Hi Kryzzp, What are your setting for riva statistics tuner, is so much more easier on my eyes
Yooo another nice video! I sold you a couple months ago one 1660 super. I got a good deal for you. Asus TUF f15 the i7-12650h version.
Hey man! Thanks! How are you doing?
Send me an email at zwormzgaming@gmail.com
Thats impressive not gonna lie
he was dominating in battlefield 1 like fr 💀
For Crysis 3 u should play the remastered version since it's the same thing but with good frames.
please test more of the finals
A distant time that doesn't seem so long ago, my father bought me my first gaming laptop a few years ago now, it was an MSI with an i7, 8GB of RAM and a GTX 860M , unfortunately one day it started to have recurring and very annoying bugs so I tried to open it thinking of an internal problem, unfortunately I never knew how to put it back together but I kept the parts and I still have it today, I hope to be able to make it work again one day, even if I have a new PC today this MSI was my first experience and a fabulous experience, since that day I switched to Xbox and play on PC. When he left me I went for years without being able to get a new computer before being able to buy one. MSI GE70 2PE APACHE PRO I don't know the precise reference
Queijo do Fogo Infernal que REI
재밌다 요즘 자막 성능 좋아서 문제 없이 보는중
Battlefield 3 Maps 🥰
Caramba 2 placas de video seria tão bom se pudesse fazer isso hj em dia
As I'm watching this video on my 1080ti SLI setup....at a butter-smooth 60fps in 4K !
The GT 750M is really close to the R7 M360 in the latitude E5470 that I own so I'd love to see how it would preform without SLI.
Heck I remember my very first gaming PC was an Alienware 14 with an i5 4200U (dual core) I believe 8GB of RAM and I never upgraded the RAM, 1366x768p or whatever resolution and a GT750m 2GB. Played Metro 2033 on it but Metro Last Light I would get like 4fps lol. Ended up buying an Alienware Alpha R1 at Walmart as my second. Now I got a 3060 ti in a desktop with 32 gigs ram and an i7 9700k.
Yo Kryzzp, I think BeamNG Drive will be a good game to test all kinds of GPUs. It's pretty intensive and that's not mentioning all the graphics mods out there.
I can't believe that Battlefield 4 still has an active multiplayer with so many players. Wow! 👏
A couple steam sales in the last couple of months had the older battlefields going for like $4 each :) idk how much 2042 was.. but 1, V and 2042 have seen huge increases in player counts since Oct. Not sure why 4 didn't see similar results but it's hanging in there.
@@EhEhEhEINSTEIN Interesting
I didn't even know that 4700mq cpu can hold 3.2ghz! Mine always was locked at 2397mhz. I had this y510p with a single 750m and it was great thing back in 2013!
im working on them now
Yes my good friend
do a video on the acrer predator 21x 1080GTX SLI laptop
hi i love watching your videos and i wonder if you could do a test for the rx 6750 xt. i got a rx 6750xt but its extremely bottlenecked from my system ( bad cpu and just pcie 3).
by the way very interesting. my first graphics card was a gtx 750
Love your videos man! Could you try genshin impact in the future?
Thank you 😃🥰
Ehhhh idk man!
@@zWORMzGamingI'm asking this, because there are a lot of old videos of people testing genshin impact with different gpus, but not all of them. If you don't want to, you could also try A hat in time. I heard that it's a very stuttery game and really unoptimized for amd gpus.
I see you decided to have mercy on that poor laptop and went with Skyrim Legendary Edition instead of Special Edition. Probably for the best. :P
if you have a sli card setup and msi afterburner detects it as 1 gpu, does that mean 50% usage is 1 gpu at 100% and 100% gpu usage is using both?
Quite impressive tbh
bro we have the same wallpaper what a coincidence 😂😅
Hey can you test the nivida quadro p620 ddr5?
I would play with Vsync and be happy with it 😉🎄
Bro, there is a way to enable ski in non supported SLI games.
Enter the nvidia control panel and set performance to max 3D performance
My current laptop it's still the same since 2014: ASUS N56VV with _i7-3630QM_ and "only" one _GT 750M._
It just needed a new battery and an SSD to be fine again 😎
I've build myself a more powerful desktop (100x faster than my laptop) between 2021 and 2022, my first ever all AMD build... but still my little Asus it's one of the best things were i wasted my money :)
I wanna back SLI games
i have this laptop but i can't seem to get the sli to work on windows 10. does anyone have a work around? thanks in advanced
I pray for the battery in this laptop! 🙏
