I will say and repeat for the every salon owner safety. you cannot by any means cannot set hours for a contracted employee. don't do it, its a law suite waiting to happen. make sure to check online for dept of labor for your city and state rules on hiring contractors. if you do an agreement dont put employee if your hiring them as a contractor or that contract will never hold in court. Kristen if you need more info you can let me know I could email you specifics but the contractor hiring gets spicy when someone hires a lawyer. trust me.
