Um. Aren't the fermentation processes incorrect???
The video states that, "Lager use a top fermenting yeast while ales use a bottom fermenting yeast."
    Isn't it the EXACT OPPOSITE??

lagers are brewed using bottom-fermenting strains of yeast held at colder temperatures (around 40-52°F), while ales are brewed with a top fermenting yeast that operates at warmer temperatures (around 55-77°F, usually).

You are right. That dude got his yeasts totally mixed up. Amongst the top yeasts are also Weizen Beer, Kölsch and Alt Beer in Germany and Blond Beer in Belgium. But they all taste very different than Irish and British Ale. Kölsch actually tastes more like a lager.

Bro i've been doing home brew for only 2 months. I know 2/8 of bugger all about it. But even I know that ales have a top fermenting yeast, and lager uses a bottom fermenting yeast. I'm trying to learn how to do home brews properly! I don't need this kind of misinformation in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
