      Perfect timing! My back muscles are weak and tight and posture has suffered since surgery. Even with PT exercises, just wasn't sure what else to do to strengthen and stretch. I know you have a couple chest stretches videos, which I used to do, but forgot about them! (Sharing this with my daughter who uses computer, piano, desk most of day) THANKS 💖

    Hello Dr Brianna, just wondering, I have extremely bad bladder prolapse, I’m gonna go for surgery. Once I’m healed, can I do elliptical? If so how much tension should I use? I tried it lately, and was hurting a lot at night. I think I should wait when better if I’m able to. Thanks 😊

    I learn so much from you! Every stretch felt awesome! That wall side stretch was glorious✨ I started the new year with the intention of loving my body. And during quarantine my inner ballet, dancer, yogi has come out🙊 In these few months I have seen and felt so much growth from gentle yet challenging movement! I worked so hard and beat my body up for years to now feel what I’ve always wanted... peaceful balance 💖 I thank you for not only helping me to find ways to move that feel amazing yet are effective too, but also for ✨knowing✨ that my time with you will always bring me back to center💖

    I have severe arthritis in my spine and have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder everyday. I’ve tried shoulder and neck exercises for pain relief but that usually triggered pain in my upper arms. What stretches/ exercises would you recommend for strengthening/ stretching and pain relief?

    You have a wall infront of you. Why not walk forward & show movements from a side view, as well as having your back to the camera.

    Hi Dr. Bri . I have a question about what video's you would recommend for osteoporosis 2 compression fraction's in my lateral spine . The bones are sticking out which causes severe pain when lying on the yoga mat . As well I suffer from prolapse, incontinence both urine and bowel . Any suggestions from your video's will help. As well I'm receiving injections in my spine and lower back from a dr in the pain clinic. Please help 💞🙏🇨🇦

    What a wonderful routine: I am always confident about teachings that include chakra and meridian awareness alongside Western approaches. Which leads me to ask: Do you have an opinion about joint replacements? My conundrum is that severe hip arthritis (wear-and-tear) indicates the need; however, my gut tells me that meridian flow will be blocked or slowed by an artificial joint. I may look into ligament options, but I am curious to know if anyone else thinks about the energetic/karmic repercussions of removing a body part and replacing it with a synthetic.

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  4 года назад

      Gosh Ellen... That's a GREAT question and one worth considering. In my opinion, it's more a matter of uncovering your personal beliefs and feelings on the matter. Perhaps you think they could cause blockage (or perhaps you think that you "should" feel that way), but when you really dig deep and reconcile with yourself you might realize that, in fact, you feel safe and protected in getting this type of replacement with the knowledge that it will help you. On the other hand, perhaps it is *truly* a belief that it will have negative energetic repercussions. And then -- in that case -- you get to choose whether to challenge that belief, or whether to look for alternative treatment options. Ultimately it comes to digging deep, looking within, and ultimately knowing that you are in control of your thoughts and beliefs. Does that make sense? And note, this is just my personal opinion on the matter!
