ภัทร หนุ่มทะเล้น กากเกรียน และ ปราณ หนุ่มเนี้ยบ มาดคุณชาย ผู้ที่ถูกฟ้าลิขิตให้เป็นศัตรูกันตั้งแต่ยังไม่เห็นหน้า เพราะพ่อแม่เปิดร้านอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างอยู่ข้างกัน แข่งกันตัดราคา แย่งลูกน้อง เกลียดกันชนิดไม่เผาผี ทำให้ทั้งคู่ถูกวางตัวเป็นคู่แข่งกันตั้งแต่เกิด ไม่ว่าใครคลานได้ก่อน เดินได้ก่อน เรียกพ่อแม่ได้ก่อน ทุกอย่างล้วนถูกเอามาเปรียบเทียบเกทับกัน
แต่วันหนึ่งตอนที่ทั้งคู่อายุ 12 ปี กำแพงความเกลียดชังของทั้งคู่ก็เริ่มมีรอยร้าว เมื่อ ภา น้องสาวของภัทรขี่จักรยานพลัดตกน้ำในคลองหมู่บ้าน ระหว่างที่ภัทรยังทำอะไรไม่ถูก เป็นปราณที่กระโจนลงน้ำไปช่วยภาขึ้นมา เหตุการณ์นั้นก็ทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ของคนทั้งคู่เปลี่ยนไป แม้ภายนอกจะดูเป็นคู่แข่งกันเหมือนเดิม แต่ลึกๆ ข้างในก็ไม่เกลียดชังกันเท่าเดิม
จน ม.3 อาจารย์ให้ทั้งคู่ฟอร์มวงดนตรีด้วยกัน ทำให้ทั้งคู่ต้องใกล้ชิดกันมากขึ้น
4 ปีต่อมา โชคชะตาก็เล่นตลกเมื่อส่งให้ ภัทร เข้าเรียนปี1 เป็นประธานรุ่นฝั่งวิศวะ ขณะที่ ปราณ เป็นประธานรุ่นคณะสถาปัตย์ โดยที่ทั้ง 2 คณะเป็นคู่แค้นกันมานาน ทำให้ภัทรและปราณต้องกลับมาตีกันอีกครั้ง เมื่อภารู้เรื่อง ก็วีนแตก ยื่นคำขาดห้ามภัทรทำร้ายปราณเด็ดขาด เพราะบุญคุณที่เคยช่วยไว้ ทำให้ภัทรไปขอทำข้อตกลงกับปราณว่าจะแอบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล เพื่อหาทางหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้ทั้ง 2 คณะทะเลาะกัน ปราณเองก็ไม่ชอบมีเรื่องเลยยอมตกลง
ทำให้ทั้งคู่เริ่ม “ความสัมพันธ์แบบลับๆ” ที่จะเป็นเพื่อนก็ไม่ใช่ ศัตรูก็ไม่เชิง แต่บันเทิงใจคนดู
สุดท้ายแล้วมิตรภาพบนความขัดแย้งของภัทรและปราณจะไปสิ้นสุดที่ตรงไหน ความลับจะแตกลงเมื่อไหร่ พ่อแม่จะยอมรับหรือไม่ หรือสุดท้ายจะมีวันที่ความขัดแย้งคลี่คลายหรือไม่

I really loved how Pat stood up for Wai for sure, and I also loved how Wai in the face of this kind of danger just tried to calm Pat down and make sure everyone's safe. But people making jokes about Wai being held at gunpoint is just a new low... idc how much he lets his mouth run and how big of an *ss he can be, he still did not deserve that. also everyone should've been more suspicious when Wai, who never shuts up tries to calm everyone, especially Pat - showing he is afraid for a GOOD reason.
I mean does Wai fight and does he throw punches? Yes. Is he an irritating idiot most of the time? Heck yes. Does he carry ANY weapons and does he intend to kill/seriously harm others? F. NO! Wai is just an idiot, but even he would NEVER even consider doing this sh*t, not even to Pat, whom he despises.
No one making notes on this, but finding it funny and deserved, that he gets disturbed at his place of work like that is actually concerning a bit. Also shows, that some people here probably don't work or never did, because that's the one thing I as someone who works for their living literally never found funny. Get him outside, at the uni, whatever, but leave his workplace ALONE... not everyone is rich like most of these guys here, who can live off their parents, some need scholarship and work.

You know in the book wai is the one with the gun. He shoots it at the floor. Pat go hit I. The head with a vase or something and wai gives Oran his car keyd so he can drive pat to the hospital. Then all the engineer and architect students get drunk.
I just want to say the reason he calmed Pat down was not because he is scared of the gun, it is actually because it is his workplace and if you remember Pat and his gang also bullied Wai before but he did not fight back because he was at his work place (in the beginning, the whole video incident). Wai was supposed to inform his manager or any other authority after finding out about the gun. He was dumb to let that man sit there and have fun with him even after the whole gun on his stomach scene.
I will say honestly that is one thing that has bugged me the whole show is how he is tormented at his job. As somebody who has been harassed at work more then my fair share that sucks because even when people are being horrible you have to smile through and be polite to them because you can not afford to lose your income
The fact that Nanon naturally grabs onto Ohm's shoulder blade to lift himself up to kiss Ohm is SO NATURAL and THAT'S A FACT.

Pat saying that he kept his clingy and baby side just for Pran to see is so endearing. Also when Pat started kicking and Pran went ' I can kick you too' that was really OhmNanon there. @@wilting_hyacinth Yes, Wai did stop Pat from confronting the guy in the bar. The guy and his gang ambushed Pat outside the bar, so Wai didnt know. As regards the CCTV, the police didnt check the CCTV inside the bar because the fight took place outside the bar, and there was no CCTV there. Only Wai remembers that the guy pulled a gun on him outside the toilet, and so used that as evidence that the gun did not belong to Pat. He really did help to clear Pat of any charges. Yeah, some of Wai's actions are really hurtful and petty, but we cannot discount the fact that he did help with the investigation when he didn't need to, though some will say it is his civic duty to do so. Wai just can't win lol

Bad Buddy literally deserves an Oscar, I'm not kidding, the chemistry they have, the way Ohm and Nanon play Pat and Pran, it amazes me, it gives me goose bumps and I feel their suffering. Seriously Bad Buddy this 2021 saved it for me obviously there were other beautiful series, but none have touched me so much, so deep in my heart, when they are sad I cry with them, I feel that pain and it is woah, it means that they have understood their characters perfectly and it is admirable, Ohm has always surprised me and Nanon not to mention, they are both so talented, I hope in the future they also decide to make more series of them together, with tremendous chemistry who wouldn't like it😭💜.

Having Pat as a friend and a Boyfriend is a really huge blessing. He sometimes acts immature but he's a person you can always rely on. He doesn't hold grudges and he knows how to sacrifice for someone he truly cares about. He becomes the bigger person to Wai and was still a good sport even until the end despite Wai's sh*tty behavior towards him and Pran and how he was a complete *ss for revealing their relationship in public. It was also unexpected how the tables have turned with Pat and Pran's friends with one issue especially Korn and Wai. The episodes are getting more and more intense and I'm really looking forward to how they will reach the stage when they have to tell about their relationship to their parents. I just hope it's less painful.

The solo reason why I became a fan of Nanon today is the very fact I couldn't take my eyes off of him whenever he is on screen. It's like I've a tunnel vision, only focused on him.
It's not just his looks which is ethereal but every tiny bit of his expression. He is never exaggerated but it's so on point & so appropriate. His eyes talks. W/O any dialogue you get him. After BBS, watching him in other series, I get why he's praised as an actor. His works are driven by script but it's him who adds on to the character. (As it should be. I'm glad he's here to built himself as an artist, not for quick fame that comes with certain genre) If Pran was played by another actor, it'd not have created the impact that he has made possible, which the character deserves. Eventhough it was my 1st time watching Nanon, I can still vouch for it.
Beside Pran is very relatable, earthy - balanced character. Nanon truly brought him to life.
I can't wait for his new work, aside from the ones he's already signed. All I pray, he's & will be mentally & physically in the best place always. Won't let any character affect him.

This is one of the sweetest and best comments for Nanon I've read so far. You've completely put what I feel into words. I can't get enough of him. Everytime he's on screen, I can't take my eyes off him and I'm not saying that because he's good looking, but it's because I want to take in all the emotions he conveys through his eyes. His acting is that good, it's top notch. He's so subtle that you have to pay attention to him too. Actually once he's on screen, you can't look away anywhere else. He takes all the attention. I mean when I saw this series, I just kept looking at his expressions and how naturally he acted. I had my doubts that he'd be a method actor, which I later found out was true. I went on to watch his other shows after that and he never fails to amaze me. He's super talented, an all rounder. Also he's got a good personality. It's very well rounded.

Love the metaphor of the football match showcasing the conflict between Pat and Pran with their friends. It shows that Pat willing to give up the spotlight for Wai to play under common goal of winning the match. The last minute pass from Wai to Pat as well showed a small sign of growth. Kudos to Pat for trying to be the one to end the conflict and it also showing signs that the conflict between to the friend groups are coming to a conclusion soon, seeing that Korn came to stop a fight from happening with Wai.

OhmNanon chemistry is off the roof!!! My goodness. They are both really TALENTED and AMAZING actors. Wow! I already know they are amazing from previous series but I was still left in awe with the chemistry of having them together as a couple.
Their acting is deep yet very relatable. Ohm gives you that raw and powerful emotions while Nanon's charm is his pure and subtle expressions. I'm especially amazed how Nanon can transform one emotion to the next with precision. He is really superb! His eyes makes you feel and see all that feelings inside. Meanwhile Ohm's aura and charm on screen is really strong.
