What is the criteria for her scoring that would satisfy you and the other haters? Must she score betweeen the 12th and 28th minutes? Must she score 82% of her points via layup, free throws, floaters or 3-pointers? What should the temperature in the arena be? And the attendance--must it be over 5,000? Please submit your list to Human Resources no later than Monday of next week. Satisfying YOUR criteria is our aim.

All these teams vs CC wants to show everyone how good they are but then when the spot light is gone they go back to their normal standard game play. Connecticut vsed Mystics and the team stats were very similar to Connecticu vs Fever

2:16 because Clark is the GOAT at 3’s for woman’s college. Factually. And today’s era of fan love 3’s. The *CURRY* effect because the GSW dismantled Lebron so many times. Also ol boys take on letting Clark cook for the WNBA success is 100%. Accurate. If Clark Fizzles WNBA will take 50 steps backwards.

The first problem is she and all the other rookies go straight from college with no time off to playing grown women. Don't remember the exact number, but it was somewhere around 13 players drafted total made a team, which is crazy but completely understandable given what rookies are up against. Second problem is she is on a terrible team, with a coach who looks lost, and plays 2 of the top defenses. You know those vets wanted to make a statement, and congrats they did. They also did veteran tactics in abusing how bad Indiana is to help force a lot of those turnovers.
A better answer to how well she plays will be in a month or so, as we'll see just how good her coach and team are against the league, not just the top teams in the first couple games.

@@nicolebanks5266 Yea it's crazy, something like a month and a half from end of the ncaa tournament to their first game. And not only that, they are having to get used to actually living the pro lifestyle, which even when you don't factor in the games and practice is a rigorous ordeal.
Throwing these young ladies into that and expecting them to compete at the same level as those used to it is ridiculous, and I'm talking all the rookies, not just Clark. Some will do better as they have veterans who will take them under their wings, but many will have to figure it out on their own as those vets will want these rookies to fail as there are very limited spots on each team. :/ It's a really messed up system when you look at it.

there is a point to be made about the league creating an environment overall that allows the players and teams to flourish. For example, why schedule the lowest placing teams against the the perennial best teams back to back to back to start off the year? and not just Indiana, but Washington, Seattle...I have noticed a change in the culture of the NBA as well over the last 20 years that is in the best interest of the league - where players time is "managed" in order to keep them healthy, No way, back in the day, was anyone who 'should' be on the floor 'managed', sprained ankle, broken finger, stress fracture or not !

He’s 100% accurate. All these Caitlin Clark fans never did their research on women’s basketball. They saw one girl in college on TikTok, RUclips etc. and anointed her the goat. They don’t care about the success of the wnba they care about CC and that’s about it. I’d rather sit in a half empty arena with real fans that support the SPORT than sit with these people who don’t really love basketball. Why would any of these women let her come to the league and light them up? Her struggles validate the leagues talent. Caitlin IS great and she’ll do amazing things but in time. Wild to think she was gonna come in dominate and possibly win MVP. It’s her fans tho for real. Y’all wild.

@jsg3311 it's passive-aggressive... they will never come out and say we hate cc.... but you look at the schedule... her first 4 games are against the best teams in the league, The Connecticut Suns and The NY Liberty. Who made this schedule? She plays them twice in her first 4 games? What is that? That's crazy... then the foul calls on CC...omg, they called fouls on her when she didn't touch anybody...that was crazy. They hack her up and down the court.... they double and triple team her, and these are the good teams with supposedly great talent... they can't play one on one. They need help. When she leaves the game, they chill and play regular basketball. When she's back, go back into attack mode, playing the game of their life. They are targeting her...she is in a hostile working environment. If it was corp America, she could sue. even with all that, she's holding her own... she plays the storm in game 5, that's more apples to apples...comparable talent and coaching.
