You have to go to the Wasserkuppe (a mountain) in the Rhön near Fulda. There are several Rodelbahnen runs and the German gliding museum

There is a Sommerrodelbahn in the Welzheimer Wald nearby where I live at... It's more like a Rutschbahn (slide) than on rails like this one... The most impresive Rodelbahn I've seen was near to Mont Blanc in the french alps...

Oooo a slide version would be fun!! We would love to try that too! And maybe we will get to the French alps eventually as well. We are about to start making some camping rounds and we bet that would be beautiful!

It looks like a lot of fun. We have those in Tennessee. I am sure the one there is more intense

It was a lot of fun! It took us moving to Germany to finally ride one! haha. I have a feeling there might be some here that are VERY intense so we look forward to scoping those out too!

Looks like a fun ride! I have no idea about favorite amusement stuff. Nothing what you already tried out. For the cooking some favorite/popluar german dishes, i suggest, Kartoffelsalat, Königsberger Klopse. Go look for Backcamenbert from the Companey Alpenhain in a supermarket. Only from Alpenhain please and serverd with Bread or Bratkartoffeln. Maybe making and cooking Frikadellen? Maybe selfmade Kartoffelpuffer. Maybe Rindsrouldaden with Rotkraut and Kartoffeln. Leberkäse with a Spiegelei and Kartoffelbrei. In Supermarkets, in US it is calles Grocery Store i guess, there are Knödel or Kartoffelbrei from Pfanni, Knor, Dr. Oetker etc. A poweder like and you need to add Milk and cook it. For a dessert, i would go for Schoko and Vanille Pudding from Dr. Oetker. It is also a powder and you have too cook it. Add milk, but at the background of a package Pudding powder is described how you make it. Make Krautsalat by your own. I suggest the Kraut Ur-kohl, not the standard Kohl, but Ur-Kohl. Try to get a small Krautkopf and then cut it down into pieces. I like the taste such much, i eat it rawr. The last Urkohl Kopf i had, sucked, because it was to dry inside. Maybe you should wait with Ur-Kohl some weeks, untill it rained more and new generation of Kohl is in the supermarkets.

It was a lot of fun! We hope to try others in the future! And yay! Thank you for all the wonderful food ideas! We are really looking forward to attempting some dishes...probably even a few videos on that over time as we enjoy trying new cooking (can't promise how good we are at it though lol)

Alpine means in the Alps (mountain range ) and Wald-Michelbach is about 400 km North of the Alps, so no, not Alpine.
