My thoughts on the original video... so, this story looks like, he was just a normal guy (a student, specifically, based on the clothes he was wearing while stumbling through at the beginning) and those guys tried to kill him. He didn't die, however. Instead he either became or released this 'other' side of himself (I call him Sunshine Moonshine, as per the tattoos). And Instead of dying, Sunshine goes around getting revenge by killing those who tried to kill him. After he gets all of them and the main guy, Sunshine isn't needed anymore so he collapses, and that's when the 'student' version of him coughs back to life a the end. So Sunshine collapsed... but he's still always there. The version of Sunshine in the suit with the guitar, is the part that's always there in his mind... like that dark corner that stays hidden, until he's needed.. Sunshine in the tank top is what he looks like when he's in the real world. Sunshine makes the odd appearance in other Jeff media (keep an eye out for that wicked smile), most notably in the video advertisement for his Space Shuttle No.8 Asia Tour. Other people just put up a poster to advertise a tour. Jeff goes and makes a mini movie.: ruclips.net/video/30MTc5FR-Gc/видео.htmlsi=8rPzzubsSzEJMu-9 (Not really for reacting to, but interesting if you want to watch it. It has little Easter Eggs from all of Jeff's Videos up to Black Tie, including Mr. Sunshine.) Anyway, that's how I see it. 😃😉👋
oh, I like your version too, but I have another one 😉 I think that all Jeffs (and maybe not only Jeffs) are parts of his personality. Subpersonalities. Dying Jeff is like his heart, which suffered in a toxic relationship and at some point almost died, but was resurrected at the end of the video. Jeff against the sky is like the creative part that can transform everything into music. For him, a guitar is also a weapon. Jeff the Avenger is like that aggression that seeks to destroy/get rid of pressure, guilt, and the desire to preserve this relationship. He kills his inner demons. And he himself is a demon, so after the end of his mission, Jeff the guitarist kills him. And then Jeff the victim is resurrected. There is also a second layer, where the relationship that is sung about in the song is not romantic, but working. The mafiosi who need to be killed are the wrong organizations (producers? market?). Zombie hands behind red glass are the wrong fans. I actually really like that it can be interpreted in many different ways. I think there are more options there. Jeff is very smart, very well-read, and in his work there can be some references not only to personal experience, but also to what he has absorbed from the work of other people. So talented 💛💛💜🪐💜💛💛
Jeff's album isn't out yet. Many songs have been released, but tge Album isnt out until August. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up giving us a double album or something.
Jeff often has a Thai and an English version of his songs. He'll also do a different musician arrangement often. You'll notice the original is more funk, and the unchained is more rock sounding. I think Jeff just can't stop playing with his music.
i like dum dum every version, thanks for this reaction
Thanks for watching! :)
