Sampaguita Gardens Resort update, New Washington,Aklan

Sampaguita Gardens and resort - a famous building in a small town of New Washington ..a part of Kalibo,Aklan..
New Washington - is a seafoods capital of Aklan. Thus, it location - front facing NE of sea ,then at its back a brackish water tagong dagat( hidden sea), it is rich from a local sea shells,to exotic fishes,crabs,shrimps to export cage class of sea creatures -some are sent to Boracay Resort.
This building was devastated by a climate change..but local people hopefully this area will soon to rise....AGAIN.
