Please no donations to Goodwill, the guy is uber rich. Donate to the Salvation Army. They aid families with food, toys for the holidays and their sales goes to helping those in need. I speak from experience.
I managed a Goodwill for 10 years. 75% of my workforce was disabled. They had jobs no one else would give them. They were the best employee's I ever worked with. Regardless of those at the top of the chain, they provide jobs to those who can't find work or for those training to work in other jobs.
Agreed, but they offer disabled people doing jobs where public cant see them. I have fam who works for goodwill and its not as great as they say. They are just as picky as any other job, some store managers in my town are sexist, they also fault their store employees if they dont market items high enough. Good will is also very over priced for their freely given merch, they must keep 30k on the floor at all times and that means pricing things way too high and not reasonable for buyers. I suggest the salvation army as well as they truly do a lot for the community they hire disabled you can actually see in public stores and the prices are always reasonable

Wow,, girl, you killed it with these great projects that not too many people would've thought of. That kitty litter pan tray is GENIUS! Sara Jane (Chic on the Cheap) just uploaded a video using it. She gave it an enamel look and added handles. I watched this yesterday on my iPhone but did not leave a comment (you know fat fingers lol). I recalled you using the kitty litter pan so I also mentioned it to her. Great minds think alike! Not at all girl! I mean you can find expensive, brand name stuff, but you can find other affordable gently used or even new less expensive brands.
