    Your content are so amazing. The world needs to wake up and appreciate stuff like this! This should be implementet as early at possible, like in child football. Im pretty confident that this would help a lot more players to develop into a good footballer! This is what i've been talking about! But your videos sums it up so much better than I can explain it.

      Progressive overload in the gym. Go through many rep ranges to hit muscle facets. Don’t run 3 miles every other day thinking you’ll be match fit.

    Hello Abe, I have a question: Im going on a vacation to the sea on 26th of June. There will be a beach, and I think that running in the sand would be great for improving my agility. Any drills that would be benefital considering that season is over and its the very begining of off-season?

    bro why 30sec rest between plyo sets ? we need more rest between sets when we do plyo bcs we need our muscles to be 100 recovery for next set .

      1) If they were weighted you would need more rest
      2) the reps are low
      3) 30s maybe 45s is all up need

    Amazing content coach! Just one question please. I am a soccer coach for 12 year old boys "competitive team". Should I keep track of the players progress with some of movements? And if yes which movements do you recommend are important I keep track of and which method should I use. I understand this is a loaded question and not easy to put together on a chat like this. Also thanks again for your time and effort on your amazing information in your videos!

      At this stage it’s really all about movement quality, hammering patterns, and building a strong core. (Simplified answer). Get them to master that with bodyweight and add load with dumbbells over time. You can track but I don’t think at this stage it’s really important

      Definitely. I have many 14 year olds who train weights. Research shows us that Weights don’t stunt stunt growth
