thanks Mark...Sears is a great musician with one of the widest ranges of musicians anyone has played with. Saw him much in late 90s with Hot Tuna and Jorma, also on the Furthur Festival dead tours they were really well received, and remember being really impressed with his piano playing. Also met him on a frigid night outside the Wetlands club in NYC in 2000 with the Steve Kimock Band..incredible music out of those guys. Come to play in central Italy Mark!! Luke
and great job Mark of asking him about our crucial responsibility - the US govt - in the killings of hundreds of thousands in Central America in the 1980s
You have some great guests with fantastic historical stories. But I got to point out you continually talk over them so they don’t get to finish what they are saying. Sorry to say it but it’s pretty annoying and it looks like your guests feel the same. Got to leave this conversation and come back another time, because it’s putting me on edge. Overall a great channel. I hate to be a little negative but some of these guys have tales and memories that are gold to music lovers
@@MarkHummelsHarmonicaPartyyour gracious sir, I feel like deleting my original comment, I’m an old time Rod fan and perceived you talking over mr Sears. Where’s my head (sometimes)
Thank you Mark and thank you Pete for sharing your audio life story !

and respect to Pete for his work on raising awareness of the harrowing effects of US militarism and US foreign policy
Gasoline Alley and Truth were both outstanding albums. Wore them out.
